Now let's not jump to conclutions too soon... I still hope that it isn't a DDoS Attack... because LR told us that they made some improvements in the security sistem. So... let us wait for a while and we will see....

they API works because i can make transfers via thei MASS PAYMENT TOOL but SCI is down so the only conclusion is ddos attack

Anyway, it's just a matter of time so that we'll get over it..

I just thought, LR gave some hope to us by telling us they got the best protection in place early this month..

They need to do something related to their security or else they're gonna lose it once and for all..

While doing a regular system check our technicians recognized a defective load balancer and had to temporarily suspend the servers to replace it. We are working very hard to fix this issue and get the system back online.

The number of our clients and merchants is growing rapidly. Our hardware grows even at a faster rate. Although this is a definite sign of success, there might be temporary outages, which are beyond our control.

We will do our best to provide you with a service you all expect us to provide.

Please note this post only pertains to machines with Windows XP installed.

Access is prevented to the websites listed in your HOSTS file, so if you're irritated by a particular pop-up, for example, you could simply add the website it’s coming from to your HOSTS file.

The first step in editing your HOSTS file is to find it.

My Computer > C: (or whatever drive Windows is on) > WINDOWS > system32 > drivers > etc > hosts

Note: If you aren't sure where My Computer is or you just want to use a keyboard shortcut to open it, you can hold down the Windows key (which looks like this) on your keyboard while you press the “E” key.

Right-click on the HOSTS file, and click Open. A window will appear asking what to open it with; find Notepad, select it, and click OK.

If you've never edited your HOSTS file before, this is what it should look like:

Update for members:

The server has already been ordered and it's most probably will turn up until wednesday that is within the next 2 days..

Also, one more piece of news is that our host has managed to deal with DDos on our site..

So there is no cause of worries whatsoever now.. The workload is just too heavy now on Jfox so this will take some time. Please co-operate with and stay in support with the A-Team and Mr.Fox.

This is the update as of now, Be patient as we get to you with full updates from time to time..

SITE STATUS

Good morning all investors.

Nice to see site back, and host solved the problems. I have just been over the situation and know now what is needed.

First thing is that I run Surf Holiday (surf earnings) on accounts; this will give me less work to manual add expired upgrades.

After this I manual run through pendings account to check for errors or other issues.

Next I start calculate last days balances to get the right view of situation and better inform all of you.

Then I start do the last corrections of the pending issue last Friday. This should be done in 2 hr.

Total time frame should be 6+ hours to proceed payments what I think many waits on.

Do note that I have many, many tickets and will not be able to answer any of them today.

Also do note that all missing surf will be credited account, but there is about 3 days work to get all done. Please DO NOT send in tickets on this subject.

Also feel free to do upgrade or re-upgrade on lr if you wish, this will not interfere in the current upgrades/ pending work at all. Know that paypro users are not able to re-upgrade, but this functions need a script ad, what I don’t have on current time.

Now plan is still to switch server to old and get best protection out there. Server will be ordered today and a server change should be able tomorrow sometimes. Do note that changing DNS pointing can occur site not available up to 24hr in local areas.

Not concerned with the corrections, as jfox said they would be done...

If you are not able to say anything nice, please do not say anything at all...
There's many of us, myself included, that get so darn tired of continual "didn't get this and didn't get that"
My goodness people, FIXING TAKES TIME...

Just GIVE him time to get everything fixed and then we will be SURFING Along again...

I think admin is still correcting accounts. My current upgrades are fixed so admin is working on the problems. What I am wondering is admin going to correct pending as he makes payments?

Okay, I am still out of town, but I see many people grumping in here, even though the site is back up. Yay!!! The site is back up. The host was able to correct the problems. The site will be moved to a new server by Wednesday. Things are going on in the background.

Please remember, JFox is one man, and he is human. He was up very early this morning and was able to do a great many things in our accounts. My account shows surf holiday for May 22, 23 and 24. Some people only show one day, some others only two days. This is because all of these corrections must be done by JFox manually.

No payouts have gone out yet, either LR or PayPro. JFox needs to assess the state of the site before he starts sending money out willy-nilly. All payouts will get done, it will just take some time. He has asked for a few days in his latest update. Please give it to him. But allow him to take care of things in his own time. If he gets ill because he is trying to do too much at one time, that is no good for him and no good for any of us. Without JFox, 14DHS will fail. So all of you just relax. Take an extra day off. Things will get back to normal soon, I assure you.

14DHS is here to stay!!!

Have you seen any post regarding the thing that audit has been completed and Jfox will start processing cashouts? No, so please stay tuned and give Jfox some time, it's not easy to sort out over 750 cashouts, and MANUALLY check and add missing earnings.

Patience is a virtue, don't forget about it.

Thanks for your answer. My pending PayPro cashout has been one week already. I can't re-upgrade from my pending $3500 PayPro cashout. Can you give me a suggestion that I should surf right away or surf after I have re-upgraded from my pending Paypro cashout? Since I don't know when the site will be down again? Thanks in advance.

Well I am glad you show surf holiday------- I show absolutly NO earnings at all-- none-- nada-- zip--- Have the amount invested and earnings as exactly the same and the ad pack expires today. So I lost all earnings even on days surfed? Hopefully this will be corrected before attemted payout?? This would be on both ad pack amounts.

I know--I know---- this will take time and patience. What else is new.

Seems like alot of problems hit all at once-- sad.gif --- now hopefully in the future things will get back running smothly again.

As a member of 14dhs I have a question I see that over 200,000.00 has been used for upgrading since site came on yet no outgoing payments mine is still pending as welll as many others. I have not posted in here as dont want any one calling me a troll but as a member and admin of another site why isnt payments being made for Liberty Reserve there SCI is working as I have been paying out even though no payments coming in, so why isnt Mr Fox giving the a-team more info as its been long past the 6 or 7 hours that was needed for his audit be over and payments began those where his words. Before long you will be telling us he is sleeping again and another day goes by that he collects and we dont. I understand he is one of the best admins and has done a remarkable job assembling a team that does nothing but push his support but last few days his support has not been up too his standards there are millions invested in this site from all corners of the world and he needs not be evasive at a point and time where every member is hinging on what he is doing, yes you a-team keep saying this and that about the situation yet you only have what little info that he emailed out , we all have that info. I ask you a-team please ask Mr Fox for a more detailed explanation of things no need for a great admin not be more exposed. He has a wonderful supportive bunch of members and I am as well I just want answer from him not second hand at this point. I know he is no scammer and he can and will most likely payout soon I think, but what if is in my head at this time. I hope you a-team do not attack me for voicing my thoughts.

It is good that we see the site back online. Please give the admin the times he needs and stop unnecessary posts. There are too many posts in this thread daily. I just hate reading them. Gosh...

i was hoping that when i come home (after 10 hours)... i'll see some modifs in my account.. but only thing has changed are the stats of my credits added to my sites... nothing else, no payout, no surf holiday... no nothing...just promises since friday.. :|

He has asked for a few days in his latest update. Please give it to him. But allow him to take care of things in his own time. If he gets ill because he is trying to do too much at one time, that is no good for him and no good for any of us. Without JFox, 14DHS will fail. So all of you just relax. Take an extra day off. Things will get back to normal soon, I assure you.
