http://www.icegold.com is one of the best exchanger around (International). Fee is 2% minus wirefee I guess.

You can not get e-gold from icegold.com with a cash deposit in India.

Purchasing 100$ will cost you just like Rs 52 for one dollar as bankwire charges are to be applied and time consume is also quite high.
Instead of this mess up contact some person who can just fund your account with e-gold there are many of them....... |
