Yes Debbie you can do that, however you will only be able to see the current boards the members are in. Which means if my previous board split and i am on a new boards, you would not be able to see my old board unless you know its number.

Also, if anyone is unsure as to how to cycling process works, entering the names into the searches and having a look at the boards is a good way for you to learn.

And as someone already mentioned before, the "suns" under the name of the person means that in their current board, that number of people are in their downlines. You could take a look at my board and see 2 suns under my name, beacuse both networth and khala are in my downlines

And as shellstar posted above, you can now take a look at the GetAway club deals in the site's back office.

Its $45 a share... $40 a share if you send the monies from your full position in your members area by sending it to his userid MMGood44.

Because it is straight from 1 member to the other in the GC website... there is no processing fees.. making it $5 cheaper. Also, this allows MMGood to make the coop purchases straight from his GC back into GC... Cool huh?

I was wondering about the layout of a matrix board. If we're in the middle tier on the left side, are we closer to cycling there or is the right side closer? In other words....does each board move clockwise or counter-clockwise?

If left is first, I'll make it into Silver when I get my 2 today. If right moves first then I'll still be in Bronze...but at least I'll be in the top spot until next time around.

The board splits down the middle. You will move to the top of a bronze board. You should carry your two downline with you. Once they get their two, you move to a Silver board. You will need a total of 6 other people on your bronze board before you will move to Silver.

I will be posting a new list update in just a few minutes, but first wanted to say a few things....

First off, as you know, Barbkim has started her own NIL system outside our NIL and you have probably noticed that she has a thread here now. A few of you have already PMed me asking how this will effect our team. The answer: it will only effect our team if you choose to let it effect our team....

What I mean by that is that you have to consider what we are trying to accomplish here and what you want to put into it. Most of you have openly proclaimed that you are here for the long haul and are dedicated to reinvesting in this business and THIS team, helping others cycle and ultimately, helping this team grow, which does, indeed, make me very proud to be your leader.

Now, when other teams come on the scene, I know how tempting it is to jump in there and see how far they can take you to but I want you to ask yourself if you have the time to promote 2 teams. If a number of you decide to join elsewhere, then your efforts are only half what they should be and the incoming links requests are half what they should be, so on and so forth.

So, I guess what I am saying is that my money is sunk here... I am dedicated to you and have been showing that by consistently spending many hours per day making sure that incoming link requests are taken care of in a matter of minutes. Are you going to show the same kind of dedication?

I can't force you to not join elsewhere. I can just voice my concern over what I think it could do to our team and can hope that I have proven myself a dedicated enough leader that you wish to stick here, with this team.



On another note, to further proven my dedication to everyone's success, I would like to say Congrats Starshine for moving to gold! .

After much deliberation, I decided that to be a good leader takes sacrifice. I got paid by DCC today and decided to use a portion of my payment to help a fellow team member find her way back to the team in GC. Yes, that does mean that some people were just pushed by me in an out of order sequence, but I just could not see someone that has been working so hard for this team- sending out tons of solo ads and other ads to promote for us- remain stuck on the sidelines when she should be up at platinum with me right now. Not everyone may agree with what I did, but please know that these are purchases that WOULD NOT HAVE BEEN MADE if not for this particular situation, so in my mind, it did nothing to affect the incoming NIL link requests.

The great thing is that now that I have purchased all of the spots to make up the difference and move starshine to gold, things should move smoothly once I place these new links in their spots in the NIL line. I think that we have finally corrected the imbalance and can progress normally, without anyone else being lost by the wayside.

Anyway... that's my speech for the day... I really do value any input you have relating to anything that I just wrote. Please- good, bad, indifferent- please post your thoughts.
