I quite agree with richguy, whatever seems to be happening in this team occurs in everyday business cycles, there are times when there is a lot of momentum and at other times biz is just dull. It's at these times a company will re-strategize and come up with new ways to sustain itself.

I would suggest that:

People from #230 down be allowed to recruit only 1 member through their link and the rest through team build. Otherwise the purpose of NIL might be defeated. But it should not be compulsory - those not able to recruit will just go NIL.
Also new GCCs should register through old ones from #230 down while those cycling through gold will be donated to the NIL.

Let us appeal to everyone to donate $10 or more for adverts. It was not part of the initial rules and making it mandatory would seem like changing a contract after the work has taken off. I believe almost everyone will exercise a lot of goodwill towards this team as we are talking about residual income over and over again.

As per the other teams, I had read about several team builds before i joined this one. Christy's integrity and professionalism stands out. I will be patient with this one 'because i know we are definately getting somewhere. Let's not start comparing, every team is different let's celebrate our strengths on this team.

I am certainly in favor of it and depending on what kind of details would be included would determine whether I think it should be sent via email subscription to new prospects or not.

That makes sense. At first I thought it should be just for members but I thought a newsletter that anyone can get which would show people thinking about joining how great the team is would work out even better.

The first issue which is completed is pending review. This issue shows how far we have come and what we have accomplished. I am hopeful it is an issue everyone can appreciate.

I know it might be a bit late to be commenting on fishies post, but I had to because this strikes a nerve with me.

As some of you ma or may not know, I help David Gibson with the Gibson team in RT and CF, specifically I handle the feeder positions for him. Now David is also one of the most honest and honorable people I know. His goal is to help everyone succeed and in doing so has put in around 10k of his own money to help keep the team moving. Since I handle the feeder positions I see some of the emails that people send him and I am appalled at some of the emails people send him accusing him of being a scammer. These people think all they have to do is pay a small amount of money, then receive 6k the next day, all the while doing nothing to help the team move. My comment to these people is shut up or help the team.

Anyone that is a part of this team should only be thanking Christy. I have not done so yet myself so here it is. THANK YOU Christy for all of your hard work, it is much appreciated.

Ok, now that I have vented, I have a question. It seems to me I read that to login to the team website I need to use my GC username. it does not work and when I request my password I get a message that my email does not exist. Could someone please clarify this for me?

Second, you need to register at the team site. If you have registered an email and got a password from the site you should be good to go.

Personally, I am thrilled with how we are moving along- this whole team has been nothing but an honest, straight forward and open teambuild from the start.

I do know that a lot of folks here are in 2 or more teams, which is fine, since I understand you are looking out for your own interests and have bills to pay, but personally, I feel that all it takes is one team and a little work to find success. The group we have here will not give up and will prevail no matter how many new teams pop up. Why??

1) We are honest and open
2) We have a good reputation already
3) We have drive

I am wondering what you all think of having Christy post the updates at PSN just in case mmg is down again so we won't get lost or lose touch with one another? I think that it would make it a whole lot easier for Christy since she basically lives there AND we do have a team section there. It would also make it easier to find the updates for the website if it were there too.

I am not by any means suggesting we abandon this thread or mmg, but to use PSN as more of a home base along with the team site as more of a "precautionary" measure. What does everyone think?

Wonderful idea. MMG was down for so long this last time it was quite frustrating. It would also make people like me remember to go review Christy's excellent forum more often. Our team site is actually great too!

The update is going to have to be delayed until tomorrow... I have to talk something over with Mike and today is his daughter's birthday party, so he is unavailable.

Just for a bit of insight, as to what is to be included, there will be a couple polls posted for you to vote on tomorrow regarding the team and how it functions and I also have some promotional incentives to unveil... one of them being TRULY unique and above and beyond what anyone else out there can offer right now, with certain "rights" coming along with it.

This update will be sent through the team site, so be sure that if you aren't registered there, you do so soon. I want as many people involved in the poll decisions and having full details of the promotional incentives as possible.

By the way.... I don't think this was posted yet, but congrats to nugagc for moving to silver today!

I just want to congratulate Christy on doing such a wonderful job, when I saw that other teams were being created, the thought didn't cross my mind to join them, the way I see it, this is the one and only team I need to be on.

being on multiple teams would only work for passive members, or you would be doing a half-assed job in promoting both teams.

I was going to mention using polls in regards to how the NIL concept changes but it looks like the leader is on the ball like always.

Also top work fishie, benson and hula for helping out with the administration duties. Very appreciated. (sorry if i missed out on anyone that is also doing those duties to help Christy)
