Yes, that is a great idea especially for the USA residents because if we Americans each receive the bank wire with $10K then the bank must report that to the IRS suddenly right after unless we split them into least two bank accounts.

So it would get easier to get rid of $$ at least bit by purchasing few more IDs back in then receive some $9K by bank wire and not have to report it to the IRS the next day or whatever that soon. We still have to report that when the tax day comes the next by early 2008, however. Just my two cents

ps. The US law requires the banks to report on anyone who invest or deposit at least $10K into a bank account for the IRS by the way.

I am entirely in favor of the ad coop idea, which I did voice to Richguy this morning... He has offered to handle this side of things and I am more than happy to let him do so.

As for reinvesting percentages, I am wholeeheartedly in favor of that as well- as most of you know, upon my christyn1224 position cycling gold, I happily placed half of that (6 positions) back in to push the team, then, upon cycling platinum, put another $2000 (12 positions) back in.

I'm not saying everyone has to follow my lead in how many positions to buy since I did set that bar rather high and everyone has their own financial situation to consider, but the more you push, the more we move. This isn't an HYIP where you are just paid until the money runs out, this is a business where you are rewarded by your efforts- the more people making an effort, the more we all succeed.

I have a few ideas of my own, a few people that have approached me with ideas of their own and all of these are being considered- this team isn't going anywhere but up.

Though I do agree everyone should purchase either new positions or coop position when they cycle I also believe that it should be what they can afford to spend and there should be no requirement placed.

If a person has an emergency and needs the $2,000 having a requirement of 3 shares would be difficult for them. On the same token I do think they should contribute in some fashion whether they purchase a few co-op positions or new positions because everyone needs to think about the team and what is best for the team.

What is best for the team is to continue see movement. We can do that by not only bringing in new members but showing these new members we support them by purchasing new positions. It is a WIN-WIN situation. So I would encourage everyone to purchase either a co-op or a full position when you cycle out of the larger boards. If you can afford more please by all means go for it.

I already pledged at least $2K once I cycle out of Platinum to help push others through. Let's share the same vision and we will share the same results.

I agree to disagree with you on this JM. No wonder repurchase will help in pushing the TB, but this is not the solution, how long are we going to repurchase, I mean now we have 450 odd and we keep doing the repurchase again and again to push our TB.

This is not the solution, we have to bring in fresh leads, and those fresh will bring in more people thats how the team will grow, I am not against members repurchasing but that alone will not help, soon a saturation point will come.

I agree with you Richguy. I think a healthy mixture of new members and re-purchases will keep this group going strong for a long time. We are already ahead of the curve. Where most other groups would have tapered off we are still at a steady and consistent growth.

I believe that is in part to new members and re-purchasing. The balance here simply cannot be beat.

I don't think any other group has had the consistency that this group has had.

If I had the money, I would have implemented my promotional plan of offering a free Co-op share to new members.

I'm sure there are many ideas our team members can come up with to encourage growth.

That is a great idea. Boy, I wonder how we can make that happen? If I had the money I would love to offer that as well. Maybe something a little further down the road we can pull funds together and offer that as a limited time incentive or something. Like a free co-op share week or something.

To add more to what I said, in how many ways can our team make a progress

Repurchasing position : members cycling gold and platinum should contribute 20-25% of their earnings back to TB, which I think every one is doing

Coop : when every coop cycles gold, 12 more positions will be purchased that will help in pushing the TB. Now we have to wait or push GCC so that it cycles gold and 12 positions are purchased again, this point is debatable

Bringing in new members who will bring in more This is I think where we need to concentrate, either every member bring in atleast one member every month, or jointly go for ad campaign

I think all teammates will agree to the above, if any one is having different idea than above, you are most welcome to share your thoughts so that we can implement that also

We all know we can help the team progress by re-purchasing positions, buying coop shares, and pitching

And no one should feel guilty if they can't afford to give back as much as others.

At this stage it's a bit too late to mandate people to buy positions when they cycle - it should have been part of the rules when joining. However, i think that most people will exercise good team spirit by buying positions at their discretion.

I also love Richguy's idea for ads. I can't guarantee that i can bring 1 person a month - that's why i really like the concept of this team build. However, i know that i can contribute in my own little way.

its not $497 actually I joined at prelaunch when it was $97 and once I am able to log in there are numerous ad packages with varying rates.

Based on Sunday and Monday, we've only been averaging 7 new positions a day instead of the usual 10.

Come on, guys...we need to get this thing into gear! I know August is the slowest month of the year next to January for sales, but at the beginning of this month we were selling 20 a day. If things don't pick up soon, it will be months before we make it into Platinum.

Tell me more about this advertising co-op, Richguy. I have $50 gathering cyber dust in my original GC account, and maybe I can put it to good use if I like what I see!

If you all want to discuss methods of advertising, why not start a thread on the team forum to do so?

We had others trying to buy yesterday, but upon trying to purchase, they were denied and instructed to send a copy of their ID and CC to admin. It's a relatively new security feature that they have instituted that they are getting much more strict with...

If you want to see more movement than you are right now, do something about it! You have both your referrals on your positions, but that doesn't mean your promo should stop. I posted yesterday that someone should create a thread in the team forum on where you all want to advertise and ideas for picking up the speed... I know you have ideas, so why didn't you start the thread?

We need to work as a team, folks. I know I haven't been in this thread much lately because I have so many other things on my plate right now with my websites and family, but that does not mean that I have not been working. I have a group of 20+ that seem pretty positive about coming in.

I'll go start the threads for advertising discussion and promo ideas in the team forum and write down the ideas that have been emailed/PMed to me...

Ya know something.... I dont typically go around reading "other" teams threads, but I was directed to one the last few days.

I dont want to drag the "drama" here, but I do have something to say. (when dont i? LOL)

Another team is bragging up how they are getting a big team to join and seem to be bashing the way this team is run by Christy. I dont think it is right for us to be posting over there, but at the same time, if you are a member... there is nothing to stop you. Christy also has teams joining, but she is not bragging about it, nor is she placing them only under herself, she is giving them to us -- the team.
One thing people in that team and this team are forgetting is that Christy has been putting alot of HER OWN cash into this team to move people so they wont be left behind... yes, it does seem that they will be left at times, but Patience is a wonderful thing. It is not an easy feat to run this size of a team without sacrifices.
I think we all need to stop whining and do what we can to stop the bashing of our leader. Christy deserves some appreciation... has she asked for funding to advertise or to pay for a site? NO. Has she not stuck her own cash into this thing to see it move? YEP Has she not encouraged us to refrain from bashing another leader? YEP I think all these things are very commendable.
I would also like to point something out .... Christy has been there for every one of us, even the other team leader. Every time someone has had a problem, she has been there... why? because she genuinely is a helpful person, even though she has been backstabbed several times, she has still been there because Christy wants everyone to succeed, even those not on her team. She has noted several times that other teams are helping to push us, so why cause animosity between the leaders. That which does not destroy us can only make us stronger... lets use it to our advantage!
I know she has not been able to be here 24/7 and since she stopped sitting in here all day, this thread has declined in tone and activity...maybe that accounts for some of the "slowness" people are so busy complaining about? Maybe it is time we take some action and responsibility for ourselves and see what we can do.
There are some who have given a lot to this team but the others who are spreading negativity have only undone thier efforts. Let's Use the team site and the forum for our issues and ideas-- lets be more constructive and we will all win in the end.

Yes Fishie, I fully agree with you, I too have been reading other threads and its good for them that they are bringing in a big team, but why to compare with other TB, it doesn't make any sense to me, besides we too are getting some teams as you said and there is no point in making a noise about it.

Yes we all know how much Christyn has put her time, effort and money in this and certainly this needs to be appreciated, normally I don't speak of other teams, I believe only in concentrating on building our team. But all fingers are not alike, many are there who try to pull down others to come up.

We are not competing with any other Team Build, rather what we are interested is seeing that every downline moves to the next board. I have been for the past 3-4 days doing my maths, and discussed with Christy too, we at this point have to move from 100% strict Team build and slightly deviate from it

And this can be worked out and we can move on and strengthen the team if all agrees to deviate slightly from 100% NIL

we can adopt one of the following

Allow every one to recruit one or two and give the rest to team build

from srl no 230 onwards make a block of 5 each i.e. 231-235, 236-240, 241-245 etc etc. and use Christyn's link and forward the first two to every set of 5, this way we break the impasse and every one has a chance to cycle out much more faster than 100% strict team build. As getting our two will not alone be enough, we need those two and again the two under them to get their two's to cycle out from bronze.

let us make it mandatory that every one shell out $5 or $10 (I think it is very fair) and go for aggressive advertisement

These are some of my ideas, may be you like it or may be you don't but we got to deviate from 100% strict NIL

I am sure others too have their own ideas, let us do some brainstorming here
