Sorry- yes, I have been busy and it gets hard to juggle family, this team and PSN projects that are starting to come in from my programmers.

I do try my best to keep up with at least the NIL list since that taht ensures that you all can see what is going on and how we are progressing.

A note about the team:

Our Thai team has added a number of members already and have a lot more to add but are encountering some payment issues, so I am speaking with the leader on about 1 hour to work out how we can fix that.

As for Raj, to be honest, I don't know what to think of him... I was ready and available for the conference with his group at 6am my time (accomodating his schedule- I don't usually get up until an hour later), contacted him on IM to let him know that I was ready and heard nothing back from him.... He has been delaying and delaying this conference yet continues to tell others and myself that he is planning on bringing his group in.

On a happy note (though the first part about the Thai group was happy news too), my upline, Toni, was invited to an internet marketing talk today to about 300-400 people at a University. Those of you that happen to be sharing boards with some of them might see a large push today and in coming days if he does get the number of sign ups that I think he will.

Last- the advertising website is still a work in progress, though I do like the one that Chris just presented and am curious whether I might be able to plug THAT into my script. Hmm... you may have a PM coming your way, Chris.

Ok, so that it for my update for now. I am headed off to update the NIL list, talk with Marisa(the leader of the Thai group), work on the website and do some stuff at PSN. If you all need more for anything, I can be contacted on PSN- I won't be hanging out at MMG today.

I don't think many people have noticed and I don't know when this happened but our neighbouring board just pushed surfy to platinum

And ok so now I'm confused how do the boards actually work. Check out my board of 7215 where benson and I are under dreams25, then look at the board we split from 4184 as well as the board that also resulted from the split 7216 and we can see the board splits in a way I do not understand. Anyone could give me an answer on this?



So if anyone is wondering about how the board actually splits its more of a GC decision on their view on fairness so just to let everyone know.

Actually, there is not a lot of explanation given on the site but there is a specific pattern in which these boards split, and there are many rules, and in normal strategy building(other than teambuilds) those who know how this works, gain maximum advantage from it.
I've explained it in a post before so I won't go into these details again.Anyways what confused you is the Random shuffling part. Means when a board splits, the members on level 3 are randomly shuffled into 2 pairs and these two pairs land on level two of the the next board but on the same category(means from Gold to Gold).
The person follows their sponsors only when they switch categories means, when they move from Bronze to Silver, and Silver to Gold and Gold to Platinum and Platinum to Re Platinum.
Why you land on someone elses board, takes places when your Upline is not present in the category where you are headed, means If your upline is not at Gold when you cycled to Gold(If he is still at silver or reached platinum already) then you can land on someone elses board. and the second situation is when the shuffling occurs from level 3 to 2, you might get people from other group in your board if they were already present there, and they might push you.
So everything is according to a set pattern and not being planned by GC team.
It's absolutely fair, The only thing is, we need to learn about the Plan.

What your forgetting is that these are progressive tables.

Bronze- The buy in is $160. What we don't know is what the buy in at the other tables are, the admin hasn't told us. Generally a matrix pays out it's bottom level, in this case 4x $160. Usually tables are done with recycles and 50% goes to the member 1/4 rebuy in the same level and 1/4 to the admin. I'm not sure what the structure is at GC you wouyld have to ask the admin.

The next level is 4 x that buyin price (all the members of silver have cycled from bronze already.) I can show you an example, but it's just a guess at the buyins.

Bronze buy in $160x4= $640-$50 (cycling award) = $590 (lets say admin gets $65)
Silver buy in $525 x 4= $2,100- $200 (cycling)= $1900 (admin $200?)
Gold buy in $1700 x4=$6,800-$2,000 (cycling)=$4,800 (lets say $400)
Platinum buy in $4,400 x4= $17,600- $10,000 (cycling)= $7,600- $4,400 for recycle= $3,200 for admin. So it can work. I haven't figured out all the bonuses thrown in and I have no idea what the table values are , its only an example.
