Hi christyn1224
Also, attempted to register on the new team site but didn't get an activation email to the registered address. It definitely captured my details as I can't register using those same info. Pls, help resolve!
I recall an earlier post with a similar problem.
Thx
I activated you.
You had reversed the "t" and the "o" in "hotmail", so that's why the activation email didn't go through. You should be able to log in to the team site now.

It's a great new banner you have there, Christyn, but you know the MMG rules. If somebody complains, yours will get deleted as mine did, because at 468 X 80 it's the perfect size.....slightly larger than the maximum allotted 468 X 60.
You know Jeff, you are like a spoiled child who didnt get their own way. Your banner did not get deleted, you were asked to re-size it to follow the MMG rules. You chose to argue about it instead. The standard size for banners is 468 X 60, yes, that is the standard size, not 468 x 80 but 468 x 60. I think the admin of MMG made it easy for members by allow the standard size and not some weird smaller size. Heck some forums dont even allow banners in the signature.
Is this really a big thing to ask? Just to follow the rules or maybe every member should just go and follow their own, then what would this forum look like?
Jeff maybe instead of complaining here, you should contact the admin of Getaway Club and ask if they can re-design the banners for you at 468 x 60 so that you can have a banner in your signature.

You've got it all wrong as usual, Trax. I was sticking up for Christyn, who has just as much right as any of us do to utilize a 468 X 80 banner. If she kept hers then she too would get a 20% "Warning" issued by MMG. I don't know how to reduce the size of a banner anyway, and that's not a top priority for me.
What happened to the positive attitude we're supposed to have, and here you are putting me on the spot again?

Both Christyn and Starshine are using that beautiful new 468 X 80 banner in their signatures, and they weren't given any warnings.
Maybe I should be allowed to use it too...and have my 20% Warning removed. Let's make an appeal to Yippee the moderator about this. What do you ladies think?

Hello Team,
I'm new here, just joined last week. I think that this is a great team and we have a very strong leader in Christy.
I would like to make a suggestion to help all team members move thru the boards. I apologize if this has already been suggested as I have not read all of the previous posts.
My suggestion is that every person on this team reinvest once they cycle out of platinum. This would greatly add to the movement of the team and help everyone cycle faster. Perhaps a minimum of 5 to 10 or more new positions purchased upon cycling. If every team member did this we would see continued success of this team and keep the momentum going.
Please consider this proposal as it would benefit everyone.
Anyone who has their own business knows that reinvesting into it is the way to keep it going and to keep it expanding. Why don't we do it here?
Let's go team, the more we work together to help each other out, the better success we all will have and the more desirable of a team we will be for others to want to join us.
Have a wonderful day, Doris

That's an excellent suggestion, Doris, and similar to one that I have been thinking about for some time!
5 positions is $800 and 10 is $1600. Anyone cycling Platinum and being paid $10,000 can easily afford to do that. I second Doris' motion to make this a mandatory ruling. Is anyone else on the N.I.L. Team Build committee of members in accordance?

Welcome to our NIL team, Doris!!
I believe that the great majority of members who have cycled to silver have reinvested by purchasing Co-op shares, those who hit gold have purchased another full position (some $160 spot & $40 Co-op share) and those who cycled to Platinum have put back half their earnings.
We have a WONDERFUL group of multi-talented and extremely generous members here and I'm so glad to hear you exemplify our spirit!!

I hate to have to post this, but I think it needs to be said since I am starting to see some signs that it's going to be an issue:
Those out there that think they are being slick by joining our team and then promoting their own links and thinking that with our NIL system, anyone under them that needs to be filled will be since it just goes next in line- It DOESN'T work that way...
I still have full control over how the NIL fills in... It's not an AUTOMATIC next in line, I still have to tell the system where I want people positioned next and have the NIL list basically input into my back office to have it fill in order. If you are promoting on your own, with your own link, your downline will NOT automatically be added to the NIL list in my back office to receive their 2.
I do check the tables frequently- those that just join and those coming up in line for their 2, so I do know if you are referring on your own. Please don't think that just because we are getting big you can slip by...
Those choosing to violate the NIL team rules in such a way will be marked on the team spreadsheet with a bright red line through their row. I understand that "rogue" behaviour like this is going to happen since we are getting more public with our team ads, but I needed to announce at least once, in public, what the results of such actions will be. I want this team kept NIL as much as possible...

Hey Christy I have an idea for the site. Why don't you add a running total of the amount earned by members to date? I calculate it to be $9,500 and that's not including bonuses. If we have a way to throw that in also that would be good. I think I will add that to the splash & lead capture pages as well.

Hmm... that is a cool idea! I'll have to figure out how I can insert that. I must be able to create some algorithm that calculates based on the google page input so it's not totally manual.

PSN has been in the process of a server change for the past couple days... the files are now transferred, but they still need to fit the server with Zend encoder and the Ioncube installer for the forum to function properly...
Trust me, no one wants it back up and fully functioning more than I, but since they told me they were working on it and to be patient, that's what I am doing.
It should be up and fully functioning again tomorrow morning my time but sorry for the inconvenience- the switch to a dedicated server was necessary since PSN was far overreaching the MySQL memory limits and it was causing more frequent down time.
I have some projects scheduled to be released in 2-3 weeks time and I need the forum to be flawless then, so now was the time to make this switch.

I appreciate this statement. A thought came across my mind. Lets say, ABC signed up in NIL. XYZ signed up and got placed under ABC. ABC got its one "sign up". ABC's second sign up is "LMN". XYZ had the plan of developing its own downline. If XYZ does well, ABC will get pushed up. If XYZ hit wall. Unable to find people for its downline. It would mean XYZ's downline does not expand. How would it effect XYZ's upline? Would ABC be left to rely on "LMN's" downline to progress thru the set up? Or would ABC and its upline be left sitting due to XYZ's inability to expand its downline? So many questions. Hope it makes sense.

Would GC managemnt allow moving out of NIL? From what I understand if one sin up in NIL and determine to create their own downline. Then that is it. Cant be moved them out. Correct me if I am wrong!
From Christy's post, it clearly stated, that "downline" would be MARKED in red.

Yes, that is correct.
I can tell you that in the very beginning of our team build I got stuck on a silver board with a passive member on a unrelated team so that definitely DID affect not only my progress but also a few others who most unfortunately, landed on my silver board.
Christy said the chances of that happening again is very slim (even due to someone not sticking to our NIL concept) because I think that new and old members will realize that it will only hurt them if they try that move.
I also noticed that Christy added a new 2nd referral under the offender's sponsor.

1) Yesterday I did update the list throughout the day, not just at the end of the day, since I was around to do so.
I'm going to go update again in a few minutes if anyone has been waiting to see the progress.
2) Regarding "classic", classic will be moving shortly- just waiting for Reese to get his second ref. In terms of cycling, not everyone cycles exactly as the list has them listed... It has to do with where their referrals are in the list- they aren't always side by side to be filled.

I don't think it really matters, but the red line and the name being there just help me visualize where someone's refs are and eliminates any "XXXXX is missing from the list" emails with me having to go back and figure out why they aren't on the list.
That username might be easy for me to remember now, but what happens if we have 10, 15, 20 "rogues" out there? Hopefully it doesn't get to that point, but I'm sure you see my point.
