LOL!:p The inquries are already starting off pretty strong this morning, so I think we should expect another day like yesterday. Oh my!  I totally forgot to check my son, bullet's, progress. What a NICE surprise to come back to after wrapping up my daily promotion.  I'll be sending $40 via his back office for another share in our Coop.  A team website is a GREAT idea!! They should listen to you, bringing in a team getting larger every day with you handling so many of the issues people have yourself. This saves them alot of time not answering support questions because you are doing their work. They can offer the option DCC does at the bottom of the backoffice screen where people not on this team that want many referrals (not very team like by the way) can choose to not use the forwarding option. That should take care of everyone's wants and needs. I am still hesitant to mass advertise this on solo ads without forwarding, unless you prefer that we do so. I will hold off until I hear your preferences based on the team website and discussions with getawayclub on forwarding.

Congrats Dayo on moving to the SILVER Hi Star My idea is when Team Members cycle out bronze they get $50 in back office and they can buy one coop for $40 (if they wish) and pool in the balance $10 to advertisement account and we purchase hits from TEs or go for solo ads or place banners etc etc. This was my idea and I am sure others too have some good ideas, mind sharing

I have a better idea:
Keep the $50 on your site account until you cycle Silver. Then you have $250 and can spend $160 of that on a new position, letting the $90 add to the $2000 you get when finishing Gold. Then cash out all but $480 and buy three $160 positions. That was my plan and I'm sticking to it! 
It is everybody's prerogative to employ whatever strategy they wish, of course. I choose to speed up the cycling for everyone in any manner possible.

I have to agree with you starshine, I spent my silver earnings on another position, then bought another 4 positions and some on more coops positions (in which I scored a bonus-thank you) when I cycled Gold and I am happy to do my own advertising and happy to hand over $10 or so to help advertise even more. $10 bucks ain't much when you have $2000 sitting in your back office. So why don't you round off your figure JeffM to a nice $500 and then you've got $20 to offer if something comes your way you'd like to contribute too. We all should do everything to make this NIL team a great success. Buying position for yourself is great but it will be ever better when we share our success with others. I noticed one of the members, a woman named Barbara has started her own co-op outside of this co-op. At least that's what it looks like. It's too bad she didn't stick with N.I.L.
