They will have 40 x 10,000 = 40,000 for admin fees. They will need an insurance company that will insure everyone. I have seen this cost estimated at $15,000 each. So they will need 10,000 x 15,000 = 150,000,000 to buy the policies. Then it seems that they will borrow on the policies to get 72,000 x 10,000 = 720,000,000, to pay the members. (This part confuses me as the policies should not be worth any more than they just paid for them.) Over time seems they would get 200,000 x 10,000 or 2,000,000,000 in return. There is no telling when they would collect on the policies, so the annualized return can not be calculated. I would like to see some proof of their having the funds to pull this off.
