Today I'm happy to announce a new investment opportunity to all. This site is not an HYIP with daily withdraw, this investment opportunity is for long-term investors. Profits can go as up as 600% in a year.

ZapVenture is the investment site that is gathering funds for the project called Zap Networks. Here you will be investing in a real business project that will generate big revenue in 6 to 7 months after its opening. Different from other HYIP we doesn't promisses you 100% in daily profit, here you'll be investing in a long-term investment that will give you profits from 300%-600% in a year.

The investment will work like this. You'll buy private shares from our business project, and when the business start to generate a good revenue, the shares prices will start to raise. Is important that every one of our investor tell other investors about us, because your share will start to grow when we sell all our shares. In about 6 months our projection is that the share will be worth $0.05 at least.

Why it's long-term?

ZapVenture is long-term because business take time to be built. We'll have to open our office, incorporate our company, close partnership with other companies, contract employees, develop our products, offer our services etc. Everything takes times. We're calculating about 2 months after we gather $5,000.00 to start working normally.

Is there risk envolved?

Yes, there is risk. Every high return investment has its risk, even low return investment have risk. Any investment that say it guarantees 20% profit in a day without risk is lying.
Important to say, you'll se our network working. Different from other investments, here you'll always know where your money is, and how it's been invested. You're not blindfolded here.
You have to know there is risk that our business doesn't go so good as we think, and that the profit will be a lot lower than we project, or that the revenue will take more time to come, than what we've been expecting.

Zap Networks is a brazillian business project of a site network with focus in Latin America created by Marinho Gomes. The objective of the network is to offer internet users information about technology and to offer services in business, business-to-business and business-to-consumer. Our plan is to reach 40 millions pages views around the globe in 2 years with all the business sites in the networks, and reach revenues of up to $10 million dollars with advertising and services selling.

The network have tree different site division:
Entertainment
Webstop is the principal site of this division. It'll deliver brazillian users technology news and information about new gadgets. The site principal form of revenue will be from advertisors putting ads on the site to reach public interested in technology.
Gamefusion will be the biggest brazillian site about games. Will be targeted at young brazillian players, and the principal form of revenue will be advertising.

Business to Consumer(B2C)
Netpreco is the price comparison site of the network. It'll be integrated with Webstop to offer users the possibility of finding where is the best place to buy their product online. This site principal form of revenue will be by selling services to online stores.
Evoby, the world's biggest marketplace. A place where business in Latin America and in the rest of the world will sell their products to users. This project is focused in having more services than Ebay and more control over store information.
ClickPay, a payment gateway like Paypal. Paypal having being paying attention to Latin America users, and because they doesn't offer a very good service here will be offering local users a better gateway payment service. It will work together with Evoby.

Business to Business(B2B)
ClickTrading is the Zap Network marketplace for B2B, it have a incredible new idea for the area, and have the objective of being the world biggest marketplace. We think it will be considered the Google of online business to business. The name is under e.valuation, we're thinking of changing this site to another.

What we'll do with the investment?
With $20,000 we're going to incorporate our company in Brazil and in USA. We're also opening office for the project and start working on the projects. Everything that we'll be investing with your money will be reported to all the shareholders daily.

Daily I'll be posting information, screenshots, videos, photos and other things to you. We'll keep on touch always.

I've posted some good things today. There is some screenshots of layouts of the network sites. Evoby, Webstop and Netpreço.

Sites like ClickTrading, Gamefusion,ClickPay and others still don't have a layout. But soon I'll be posting more informatino about the other sites.

So guys I want some feedback on the site. Ideas, suggestions, I want to make this work to all investors interested on the investment.

I think is a simple investment, you buy a cheap share now, and from now to the end of the first year of ZapVenture, you'll get a profit from 300%-600%

Ok, guys, now I'm thinking in transforming this opportunity in a real HYIP, with daily profit and withdraw, looks like nobody is interested in private shares so the idea now is the following:

Three plans:
0.8% daily - 90 days
1.2% daily - 180 days
1.6% daily - 365 days

Logically in the first tree months we'll be gathering funds to open the business, so the daily profit will be payed by our money or by redistribution of investors money. After we reach at least $10.000 we'll start building our business.

ZapVenture will be a completely different HYIP, here your money will really be invested and returned to you in the final of the investment plan. First you will withdraw the profit, and then in the end you can withdraw your complete deposit.

If you take a look at our site explaining what kind of business we are in, youl will see that we're not bs no one. Zap Networks is a real business project based on internet. I launched the site because I'm looking for investors, and I don't have more options now, beyond this one. I really doesn't have to launch the site by myself, so I'm offering the opportunity to investors. Hi Marhino, I just called you. Sorry for cutting off all of a sudden, my phone credit ran out midsentence but the number definitely works. I hope I didn't wake you up (it was 9:30am there I think). I've just got a few questions though that I couldn't get out in the short exchange:
How will you use the $20000 funds? You've said you'll launch the first few sites with the cash, but how much for what (hosting, registration, promotion admin fees etc.)?
How will you promote these sites and drive quality site traffic and customers?
You've mentioned about the $2.5M will come from service charges and advertising fees, what will service fees consist of and at what cost and percentage will be fees and what will be advertising? Moreover, how did you come up with this figure (exact steps would be nice)?
Are you offering the right service for the right price?
And finally, how much resources (capital and otherwise) have you put into this project?

I'd love to drop a bucketload of cash into this but unfortunately a) I don't have a bucketload to spend and b) I need a little more convincing. I hope to hear from you soon.

Is your business registered in Brazil?

Good to see some guys interested. Izero, so it was you.. funny. I was on the street, sorry, too much noise, didn´t hear you exactly.

So the $20000 will be used for the first months of the company, to pay bills, invest in equipment and in the people that are going to work on the network. My projection in less than a year we´re going to recover all the money we spend and give profit for investors.

We are going to offer services in software management for companies (mid-size and big size companies), services in e-commerce for users all around the world, comparison price in Brazil, business transactions among business and suppliers. All our services in business transactions we have percentage fees like Ebay and other business transactions portals.

I based the numbers on other brazillian sites like GuiaDaSemana (www.guiadasemana.com.br). They have about 4 million visits a month, offer some little services, and get up to $1 million in revenue yearly. Because our network is going to be at least 10 times bigger, we think $2.5 million for the first year would be the minimun.

Hosting, registration and other online fees are cheap. Not a big worry for us, about $300 month, would be more than sufficient for the start of the project in this area.

Sorry I didn´t put how the money will be spent on site. From $20k, about $10k will be spent on office, registration and huma resources. And about $10 will be spent with advertising.

Because our network is going to be unique in Latin America, we are counting on the press to really show our ideas to clients. We´re goint to spend about $2000 with press releases sent to journalists all around the world.

They will be interested, because one of my projects is great. I like to say, it will be like the Google of online business to business, every business around the world will want to use it.

I didn´t put any capital until now. But now in the first year, I´m planning to put about $40k. But it will only happen after I get the investment from other investors. Because this $40k will be mostly from loans of banks.

In Brazil take about 2 months to register a company. And we have to proove we have an office and other things to them, it is annoying and very burocratic.

That's why I say business project

I've been recieving offers from bigger investments sites, but I'm still waiting to see what this site will bring me. I would prefer to offer it to private investors, then to investment companies.

But until now, not much interest from little investors. It seems like they only want to try HYIP with daily withdraw and with bonus.

I think I'll put a few dollars in, and when your officiated as a business, I'll think about trying a more substantial investment. Do you take Paypal or direct deposit?

I was planning in putting Paypal on the site for the most serious investors, because of the actual problems with E-gold.

No problem if you want to pay by Paypal or wire transfer, I have a normal bank account in Brazil in this bank www.bb.com.br (Banco do Brasil). I think if you prefer the security of chargeback or things like that, you could try Paypal.

The problem with direct deposit is the taxes. I would pay some taxes in the transfer. But if you like we could try Western Union in the future, I don't know how they work, but it work with my bank.

I thought offering the opportunity to little investors, they might would be interested in the program. But I was very wrong about it.
Now there are some investors from Australia, USA and some parts of Europe interested in more information about the project. There are also some good investors from Brazil, including people with very good influence in banks and financial institution.

Maybe now I can get the project out of the paper. Soon I'll be launching the network in Brazil and in the rest of Latin America. For the guys that believed in me, and still trust me, soon you'll be hearing from me in some newspapers aroun the world.
