I used to use it a lot, but when when they upgraded windows media player with the new music library stuff, I just started using that.
i'm using winamp while use window media player occasionally
itunes for me
Faithful winamp user here.
I've been using Musicmatch Jukebox a lot because I really like their radio features.
10 years ago - Yes.
Now - No. After Windows Media Player release, I switched until now.

Nope, dont use winamp.
i'm still using winamp in the other pc(version 2.xx). those new version nvr tried before. there's this foobar2000, worth to try. it has resume mode. i.e: when you close foobar2k while playing a song, the next execution of it will resume the song, just like those car cd player. the interface can be customized and it supports transparencies too.
I can't believe that there is so few users of this great program.
the only thing nice about winamp is it doesnt take up much system memory. Newer programs really out class winamp with way more features and better organization.
I use both...winamp and windows media.

foobar is quite cool.
I used to use it all the time but then I couldn't find the skin I used to use .. there were sheep in a field and their heads would bob with the music and every so often a UFO would fly buy and abduct a sheep.. it was cute
Anyway, I couldn't find that when I had to reinstall it a few years ago so I stopped using it. Now I just use WMP
yea..but could winamp please fix the silly bug which reverts my modern skin back to classic style with every restart???

I only use winamp, its easy and doesn't have all the features which the wmp has, i only want to hear my music

When i wake up, Not just because when i enter all of my song list (Around 10000) i can find what song i wanna hear (by pressing J) but also because i can manage what song will i hear next by choosing the song then press Q..
