Found good exchange rates here http://e-currency-exchange.co.uk technically speaking as its not an exchange service you just invest then cash out your investment less any fees & good service plus they accept Paypal. Got settled the same day, they are not "exchangers" but "investors" they say, so they "technically" invest your money i.e ebullion, egold, paypal etc in Gold or other investment 'blocks' then buy the block(s) back from you & payout out in any (e)currency you wish including bank wire transfer or western union. Clever & rather smart way to get around Paypal's rhetoric or shall I say bull s*#t if you ask me!
