It is all happening at HQ at the moment… from new software through to new
structures. Please take the time to read this as we will need your assistance
and co-operation in the next two weeks.


CURRENT DATABASE

You probably feel the same way that we do at the moment – tearing our hair out
with the site down time!

The support boys did post a message regarding this last week, but this is our
current status at this point in time…

The current server, MySql (database) and our software is currently under major
strain and is simply not coping with the millions of transactions and increased
traffic. The main reason for this is that the software we are using to manage RM
was never designed to handle such high volumes.

Yes, our new software and hardware combination will manage this with ease, but
in the meantime we are experiencing more and more down time each day as the
database grows. Not only is this an all round frustration, but it is causing
errors within the system. A good example is when deposits are made – when a
deposit is made and the server software stops running (errors), the payment
processors cannot return the ‘ok, member has paid’ instruction. Our server is
not capable of accepting this information and the members’ account is therefore
not credited automatically as it normally would. The member who has made the
deposit then needs to contact support (and they are under strain too) to
manually rectify his/her account… no good!

The next ‘big’ problem is new members trying to reach our server, sign up and
make a deposit before our set closing day of 25 June 05. It is not good
business, does not look good, and members could well be losing sign up’s – not
fair either.

Finally, with the work being done on the actual database while it is ‘running
live’, our techs are being delayed and cannot meet their set deadlines…

‘Snowball effect’ comes to mind!

Due to this, and also after many hours of debate with management and support
(using pro’s and con’s), we have decided to turn this around the only way
possible and manageable – BUT, we need your patience, understanding and
assistance with this!!!

Instead of ‘limping along like we are, we will be closing the server down after
we have completed this weeks withdrawal requests; probably somewhere between
Friday and this coming Sunday 19th June. The site will then re-open with the new
software and structure between 26 June and 4 July 05, as per schedule.

This means the following to you:

- An explanation page will be displayed on ALL members URL’s
- No login will be possible
- No sign up’s will be possible

We will rather add a couple of extra weeks once we open again, where new members
can sign up – that is more fair than trying to get sign up’s on an unstable
server with so much downtime occurring daily.

What this means for us:

- Our techs are able to work on the database without interruption
- Our support can catch up on all their support work and fix all accounts;
required before we move the database over to the new server
- Our support staff can get their teeth into the due diligence process. This is
something we have mentioned before, but have not had the time to implement (time
constraints resulting from server problems causing more support work than usual)
- It also allows us time to test the new software, check our page copy and
ensure we are ready for our final phase (we would anyway have needed 3-5 days
‘totally off’ to complete the transfer of information).

In the meantime, you can prepare for the time during which you will have no
access to your account… write down all the info on your account or make page
copies for your own records. Check that your advertising (if still current) is
changed to where you would rather have new prospects add their names and email
addresses to your list – you can inform them that you will email them once we
are back up and accepting new sign up’s as promised. This will allow both you,
and new prospects, time to get in and be more organized.

Sure, this will be an inconvenience to you and many, but we believe no bigger an
inconvenience than not being able to reach the site, get new sign up’s or make
deposits as currently experienced. The few days members miss by us closing
before 25 June will be returned to you in double time (allowing 2 weeks for the
one we stopped early) and will be well worth it!

We really need your patience and assistance during this time folks.


GENERAL ISSUES

The new software is looking exceptionally good and we are really confident that
it will be an absolute winner!

The page copy is currently being revised to suit our needs in this, our final
phase. It will incorporate the new sign up process, due diligence, new structure
and new methods of how our club will operate and achieve our returns. In all
likelihood it will come with certain ‘more tangible’ guarantees and will have
the bank wire function in place for higher amounts. Two new payment gateways or
processors will be added.

The legality of everything we write, do or say is being double checked by top
lawyers – a must for your and our continued protection, and the sustainability
of such a huge operation.

During the next couple of weeks, please keep in contact with your up/down line
members, new prospects and continually keep checking our announcement page and
our forum. It is vital that we keep our communication channels open.

One thing though – please do NOT bug support staff with questions on the final
phase. Even they will not be allowed access until a couple of days before we
flick the switch again – they simply do not know how everything is going to work
and what it is going to look like.

Commissions… a question asked a number of times. Yes, so far so good on
commissions – and that I mean legally and pertaining to the new structure and
what we are returning to our members. Commissions will be revised to suit this
structure, and will NOT be aimed at filling the pockets of people who only use
RM as a vehicle to earn daily income – i.e members who never place any money
into a fund and simply withdraw for immediate use. We have many of those around,
and will not entertain these ‘takers’ – RM was never designed as a
get-rich-quick-scheme and is here to help people reach their financial goals…
the goals that have been out of reach for so many. Since the day we started, we
made an opportunity available where, within 3 years each participant would reach
their goal, no matter what that goal is.

In closing…

It has been a long yet highly successful year for so many; a year where against
all odds, RM stood the test of time!

On the one hand we endured ridicule, slamming, negativity, hackers, attackers
and a host of other unpleasant challenges…

On the other hand we (as usual) have remained focused on our intent and provided
every promise ever made. We have seen many helped from the ‘bottom rungs of the
ladder’ to a stable income… we have seen many who have almost given up hope,
face life with a song in their heart. Weddings were paid for, cars were bought,
gifts given where never before possible, single parents getting out of debt,
operations (in some case life-and-death) paid for, travel and much needed
holidays paid for, deposits on houses… and the list can go on. We have received
so many ‘thank you’ notes that we have lost count totally – many people have
once again embraced life as a direct result of our efforts and the RM
opportunity.

To summarize RM to date as a true success may not justify what has been achieved
on an international scale… it is awesome!!

This incredible feat was achieved through the determination, focus, ability and
positive attitudes of everyone at HQ, our management, support staff, moderators
and of course every member out there who shares the value (and expense) of true
success.

A real and sincere ‘thank you’ to everyone who positively contributed to the
outstanding success of RM over the last year. You all make me feel so much more
confident knowing that we will see the next few years through with total support
and commitment!

We have finally arrived at the transitional phase we were planning 12 months
ago… it is probably the most exciting phase, as it is here and now where we can
all passionately start learning and achieving that ‘financial wealth and success
goal’, knowing true well that RM will always be as originally intended – a
superior financial opportunity for everyone!

It sounds like they will stop paying commissions to those who dont invest in the funds. You should be okay.

I've recently joined RM, with the $49 joining fee, I don't have funds, at present to join in the long term schemes, does that mean, I will not be allowed to upgrade later?

I have a large withdrawal request of over $2,100 for referral fees I made last Sunday. This request has not been done. In their update they said they would do all withdrawal requests before closing the site for the data and site transfer.

Anyone else receive their withdrawal request from last Sunday?

I just talked to Rick Parkin... he is my upline and he works for RM ... he answered my support ticket RE Withdrawal Request and for some reason the key was no working. Well he said he accidently deleted some but withdrawals are going out over the next 48 hours...
