#12 I have 2 pendings now and reverted to free member status. Does anyone know if free member get paid for their pendings?

Yes, you will still get paid your pendings, even if you're a free member.

Well, sorry, but this is not a Ponzi and the funds are working, and because there is no cashflow into the site right now, members will just have to wait until I make enough to continue payouts. If this takes another week or two, so be it, because if I went ahead and used the funds I have now to payout members, and these funds run out, you all lose!! All I ask is that you and the rest of the members continue to surf or at least visit the site once in awhile, and let me do what I need to do to get this turned around and caught up. I still have a lot of faith in this site, even though all of you have lost yours, but there is not much I can do about that right now.

If this process takes a month or so, then fine, at least you all will get paid and make your returns! Where in the heck would anyone get a return of 200% on their funds in that time frame??

Payouts might have slowed down, but they are still happening. A few people posted in

the official forum, that they got paid this week. Hope there will be many more soon.

I will continue to surf 25 sites a day here, because thats what the TOS asked for when I joined.
But it should be understandable if I no longer upgrade at this time, after 9-30-07 I'll be a free
Member and just wait it out.

Hi Malles. No unfortunately, I haven't been able to get in touch with Terry lately.

I know he's busy and stressed out, but hopefully he will update us soon. Last I heard he

was waiting for the stocks to rebound so he can cashout and continue paying us, but I

suppose that hasn't happened yet. Some people are still being paid though. They posted

in monitors and the forum, but he has a way to go yet, to catch up on all the pending.

So keep the faith. He's NOT going anywhere. It might take longer than expected to get

paid, but we will be eventually.

I wouldn't hold your breath here, I am still waiting for a refund from Terry's old programme, from way back in February. Quite fed up with this lot actually.

If all the people that are complaining and predicting this program is gone would goto the PTSNetwork forum and read, you would not be posting so much false information. Yes, it is true that Terry does a piss-poor job of communicating, but be honest, don't most admins. The truth of the matter is that Terry has said on numerous occassions, that the investments he is involved with tanked. For two weeks, the stock market took a total beating. He also said, that as soon as the market rebounds, he would begin to resume payouts. Those of us that watch the market trends, know since the Fed deceased the prime rate, the market is responding. I guess Terry is currently observing the trends to see if it will continue or bust again before making an announcement. So, if you want to just give up and quit, do me a big favor, PM me with your accound info. I would be totally appreciative of the gift.

Our site is not under investigation. But laws have changed and HYIP's are and always have been illegal. We took it down so the we don't run in to the same problem as CEP did. If you remember their problem all started with the HYIP investagtion. Again, we are not under any investigation. You still havent answered my questions.

HIC was never a HYIP. It was using a HYIP script. With the new laws these programs have to be worded very carefully to avoid being accused of being a HYIP.

The stock market is better but not all that great. Not all the money is in stocks and there are some other things in the works. We will all get paid but unfortunately I don't have a timeline for us. As I receive any good news I will certainly pass it along.

I too have been surfing everyday and not been terribly worried about payments. All good things come to those who wait. It is rather annoying that some members or non-members come to forum shooting accusations. In this anoyomus world anybody can say anything they wish... all it does is hurt others. Please be considerate of other members, not everyone has the minimum investment here!!

This program has a members forum, so if you wish to accuse anyone of anything, please got there first to get the facts and while your at it post your facts. I just don't believe half of the rubbish I read these days, mostly heresay anyway.

Yes, I can tell you that if I had put the funds in Google, Apple, or some of the other big names, I would not be going through these problems thats for sure. As well, the USD has de.valued around the world so much, that it hurt me as well.

I will be coming out with my plans as to what I am going to be doing after this Friday. I have one more meeting tomorrow that will be the last piece in the puzzle, as they say, to getting my plan underway. I wish I could say more now, but I need to make sure that this is really going to work as I have so much riding on it. Actually, it is going to be really exciting as it is something that I have done before, but I am introducing a different way of doing it, that has never been done before in the industry the I am focused on.
