You can use international bank wire (SWIFT) to countries outside OECD. Consult Moneybookers' customer support.

contact your bank and ask them to give you their SWIFT code, if your bank is connected to SWIFT, then they will have a code, now, use this code in you account and try to add you bank account in MB. If your bank is directly connected to SWIFT, then your bank account will add in MB account, which means you can use MB to send or get money via Bank transfer.

Otherwise, it is also possible that although your bank has a SWIFT code, they are not directly connected. If so, then you can't use MB. And in such case, try to find some other bank which is directly connected to SWIFT
