I have heard of this site before as well. I just went and checked it out using my neighborhood as a test area. Believe me, as a licensed appraiser, this site is hardly worth more than entertainment value. They've got it all wrong...

True, they are not that reliable. The best way to use them is to only check recently sold properties.
