Related to the blocked ip issue? Most likely is due to the bad news that egold was been investigated. It means the exchanger lose abit confident to accept egold. Thats why they are lowering the intake rate.
Ya last time selling rate always $1.5 at least but now its $1.3+ or even below $1.3.
