I've been told that they control the doc's following your registration number with FFX.
An upline who's in the 20,000 was accredited yesterday!
So I think I'll have to wait a few more days

In other words, your contract needs to be sent along with a copy of a valid ID and proof of billing address to be notarized in Panama. Your upline should be able to provide the address as to where you can send it if it hasn't been done already.

Where my contract have to be sent???, do you think that it needs to be sent in Panama by post. Why? when I don't have investment more that 8000 USD.

It just means that the copy of your ID document must be a certified true copy. You have to ask a notary, town hall or lawyer,... to put a stamp to certify that it's a true copy.

I cannot recall that FFX asked that it had to be stamped by a lawyer or such, only that it had to be a valid identification document. If they didn't ask for the stamp it means that thousands of investors are going to get the answer "not valid" and will have to resend it. This also means that they will have to wait another 10-20+ days (!!).

Certified Identification Document Does not mean that the copy of the document has to be certified, but that the document itself has to be a certified document.

I may be one of those and if this is the case I think that the people working at FFX must have crap between their ears when it comes to communication... poor bastards...

FFX original message stated ...regarding the ID document: "Pasaporte o Documento de Identificación autenticado o certificado." Which meant that the ID or Passport had to be authenticated or certified. This in legal terms is notarized before a Public Notary or in some countries "Apostillado" which is certified true by the Panamanian Consulate for those countries that signed the Apostille Treaty.

While Mikjeh may be close the FFX administration, I doubt that a simple attorney stamp certification is a valid document. To be valid it must be as stated above. When I did mine I went to a Public Notary.

I wish my upline was a bit more specific as far as the process is concerned. Maybe I missed a step somewhere but the thing that I recall him telling me was that my contract needed to be sent to Panama. Unfortunately, I don't have my contract on me but I know it was stamped twice from Panama. So that we can all be on the same page... what is the process? I keep reading different things. Is it get ID documents certified by a public notary, etc. and then send contract and ID documents to Panama to get stamped and then scanned and sent online to the folks at Finanzas? I'm confused now, lol! The thing is my upline took care of it for me but he never tells me the details. I want to learn damn it and I dislike not knowing details about things. Grrrr!

I'm not sure how, but I've known about this since I joined. My downline has been to the swedish Notarius Publicus to make copies of the ID's. So I believe there must have been some kind of information from the company about this. However, they should have been a lot more specific about such an urgent matter.



This is what you need to do:

Make a copy of your ID or passport with a public notary to get it certified.
Make a copy of an electrical bill, water bill or similar as proof of your address of residence.
Print your contract from the back office.
Sign with your initials on every page of the contract.
Sign with date and city on page four.

Scan everything as separate jpg-files (smaller in size than 2Mb)
Upload every single jpg-file in back office.
Click the button that says "I'm done" or something similar, in spanish.

Wait for the documents to be approved.

If you have more than USD 8 000 invested you need to send all these documents physically to the FFX offices in Panama. You'll find the address on the first page of the contract.

My only thing is I have not invested $8,000 or more... so I wonder why I have those stamps from Panama on my contract? Any hunches as to why that may be? Like seriously, I've only invested like $100. Hahaha! Until things settle a bit with FFX, then I will invest more.

I have no idea. I sent my documents to Panama a few months ago but I haven't got anything in return. According to the FFX support team we're not even supposed to. They told me that if I don't hear from them, everything is just fine.

Chelly0921....We would need to know what does the stamp on the contract sent to Panama says. If it was apostilled by the Consulate of Panama in your country it will say something like APOSTILLADO or similar. The instructions, as you now know, needed not to be certified....just the identification document (copy of the country ID, passport or whatever similar document).

Yes, the copy of ID must be notorized then sent with the rest of documentation. I had to re-upload the contract with the sig on all pages and signed and dated on the last with my city info. But I had sent the notorized ID with all documentation early on when they first asked for it. There was no upload feature then to upload documentation. But they are just doing the complete documentation as it will help to get the site legal with all countries along with their other steps. Now we will just have to wait until all documents have been verified and checked to get our withdrawal buttons back.

I have reinvested already and certainly hope they will reset the date back to the first, as it is getting a lot less interest now than before on the first. The pain is waiting...

I have a question to everyone in this forum. My potential network investors are asking if anyone made a successful withdrawal of the full principal after a 6 months period. I haven't done that myself, but I'd like to hear from you if invested over $5000.

Ok, as soon as I get the copy of my contract I will tell you what it says. The thing is my contract and ID documents were all sent months ago and this was also before the upload feature, like another member here stated. And my copy of my contract had 2 stamps from Panama. Maybe it was different back then and now the only time you send the contract and notarized ID's to Panama is if you invest more than 8 grand. If not, then upload them to FFX.

They told you that you weren't supposed to? But you sent it because like they said on their notification anyone who invested 8 grand or more need to send the documents physically to Panama. They make no sense.



Same here, I also sent (well my upline) all my documents and ID to Panama before the upload feature. I guess they sent back the documents and I received a copy of my stamped contract. Did you also get those 2 stamps on your contract? Or they never sent anything back?

I'm laughing at myself because the more I talk about this... the more I'm hoping I'm not confusing you guys or myself for that matter. Hopefully, I'm making sense here.

No, I have not received any documents back. But I only had ID notorized in USA because that is where I live. To notorize them in Panama, one would live there in that region, thus the need for notorization there. I believe there has been a lot of confusion about certification of ID copy. The only reason copy of ID is to be notorized is to show it is your true identity ID. A notory will not certify a false ID because their career is on the line, and they can be fined, maybe jailed along with the person who presents a false ID. Thus the purpose of such legality to show only that your ID is truely you. Hope that clears up some of the mistique surrounding the neccessity of certifying a copy of an original ID document for those who are having trouble understanding why it is required.




Of course they may stamp my contracts and send them back sometime, but as others have said, it won't be any time soon as no word from them is usually good news.

Sorry, I might have expressed myself a bit fuzzy. They never told me I'm not supposed to send my documents to Panama, but they told me I'm not supposed to get anything in return when having done so. Below is my question sent to the support desk, along with their answer.

I send the docs 10 days ago and still have no news; my ID is in the 120,000. I have someone in my downline who is in the 165,000 and had a message 2 days ago asking him to correct some of his docs and send them back.

How long will it take for the new investors who are now with ID's in the 310,000??

If participants on this forum could give me an idea of their ID or ID's downline who are already checked and accepted; high ID numbers naturally because the low numbers should be all ok by now.

For those of you making withdrawals, you may wish to note that only one withdrawal per month is permited now, so you may wish to hold all moneys coming in from this and that for one withdrawal per each month. Those having large withdrawals should try to get a bank account in an offshore bank that can send money to your country.(either an unumbered account or one with your name, depending on what type of bank you deal with) Switzerland is a good place to get a private account and there are still some other places left who keep your details private. Having a private account will let you keep large amounts to withdraw slowly. Be aware of investment accounts and how it affects your ability to withdraw from the bank, in Switzerland and perhaps other places as well. Unless of course you don't mind doing large withdrawals.

I have been in this thread for along time. After a long research time Invested 5000. I had a little difficulty but muscled thru it. Since then I have had A LOT of problems. some from the language barrier, some with the changing program, some with the poor customer support and inferior operating systems. But all along I have had the faith that this was a legit op. One of the high point tho has been the wonderful moderator of this thread, Big M. I count him as one of the good guys.

After all these months and am extreemly happy to report to you that I received, via bank wire into my Wells Fargo, bank account 2,500.00+ dollars. I was so happy I did a little dance

I have also finally been able to down load my personal info (after 4 or 5 tries). Now I am awaiting verifaction from there auditors.

I'm starting to think they are not going in any particular order in the ID's as for approving these documents. Maybe, first come first serve (to those that sent their stuff). I swear if they could complete this by December it will be the best Christmas gift they could ever give me, LOL!

Hey Bravo, well my ID# falls in 201,000 range... My father and mother are in the 209,000 but no word yet on any of our accounts.

They told me in my support question erea this about the contracts:
"The contracts are being revised at present. If there are any incidents with yours, you will be notified on your web page in the section "Send Contract".
Once your contract has been revised and accepted, your account will be made ACTIVE."

So this is the status of contracts. It will take time to go over every contract to ensure all is correct. But you will have full functionality back when it is done for you. That's how you will know. They gave us from7th til today to do our operations in our withdrawal section for invested amounts earning money or commissions. So that helped.

No feel good stories from me. I'm still waiting on my Sept. and Oct. commissions transfer.

I am fairly new at FFX with an investment since Oct 2008. I received my return for Nov 2008 and decided to reinvest and now waiting for Dec 2008. Everything looks fairly ok so far besides some inconveniences as usual with the customer service and other things. Part of the deal, I guess. So far so good.

I have been checking this forum as well as others following FFX comments all around. There are, of course, people claiming that are knowledgeable in investments and state that the return percentages from FFX are simply too high to be true when compared to normal investments in the Forex Market. They say that the only explanation is that it is a Pyramid scheme. Can anyone tell me what are the standard or regular return percentages in the Forex market ? I am bit confused here.

Nowaday there are more and more people from Slovenia who would like to get their money back from ffx that people who would like to invest new money. Is there an option that everything will collaps? As a promotor-ejecutive I have many investors who did't receive their first investments back, I've decided to leave the majority of my money till may or june 2009.
