I am a senior in high school, and participating in sports so I don't have time to get a job. I am going to europe this summer and I am pretty much broke. Does anyone have any ideas on how to raise/make $1000-$2000 in three weeks or so?

In my experience, unless you have a truly novel idea that you can act upon quickly, the only way to make that kinda money in a short amount of time is by having an even larger amount of money to invest in something with.
Selling drugs could possibly bring in that much. Of course, even then, you'd need starting capital to buy your supply in bulk. From there, hopefully you can find some buyers to unload your product, but there's always the possibility of moving in on someone else's turf.
Not many places where you can yield that high of a return in such a short amount of time...hardly any that are legal. My suggestion is to hold off on Europe if you don't have the funds. There's always later when it comes to trips and vacations.

All kidding aside, with no money to spend...consider being an affiliate. It probably won't allow you to reach your goal in that short of time period, but it's something.
