I swear by the wellness products that I am taking. It's like a little miracle in each bottle. I take a daily shot of "Live Shots" and a daily shot of "Primorye" from the company Oxyfresh. I've gotten other people to try it and to keep a chart of their energy and diminished pain so that they could see for themselves. Every single person that has tried it has seen a huge difference for themselves. At this point in my life I am so much into taking care of my body and being fit and strong.

I'm an avid supporter of Sapporo, Kirin Ichiban, Harp, Guinness, New Castle, Bushmills, Royal Crown, Jack Daniel's, Bacardi and mint.

I think it was recently found that vitamins with synthetic enzymes are not good.

I don't take anything like that, so I don't have much else on it. Just keep it natural!
