Where do you obtain the high, loss and close of the previous day? Nice chart, by the way.

whats the best time to trade ? I guess after 3PM GMT
Between 6am and 5pm GMT is best I believe.
I think the London session is the best closely followed by New York, if you go here ForexFactory you will see the 4 sessions listed on the left and you can click on them and see when they start and finish.
