Every member of MTG will eventually becomes an shareholder of MTG Forum. So every members own part of this forum. That of course include profits that MTG forum makes. Profit makes from MTG forum will be given back to shareholders on monthly basis.

How to become a shareholder?
Every 100 post will entitle you 1 MTG share (for normal members).

Paid/Upgrade members will entitled to 5 MTG shares directly. So they can straight away become a shareholders. To enjoy the monthly allowances. Paid/Upgrade members earn 2 MTG shares for every 100 posts.

How much a shareholder or 1 share can earn?
The monthly allowance will come from profit made from advertisement sold on MTG and services MTG provides. 40% of the profits are divided into the number of total shares and then given back to shareholders.

Therefore recommend more friends to MTG forum, the more members we got, the more advertising profit we made, the more the shareholders earn.

* Note that there allowances will be start to give to shareholders on 1st July.

Currently there is a referral contest.

From 1st April - 31st May 2007, members who refer their friends and relatives to join MTG Forum will be rewarded with the following Cash Prizes:

Top Referrer: 1x $50.00
1st Runner up: 1x $25.00
2nd Runner up: 1x $10.00

The result will be calculated on 1st June 2007 and Prize will be given out by 10th June 2007. So go and start referring more people to MTG because you are part of GTM shareholders, you own the forum too.

This is a profit sharing forum.

40% of total profit from MTG for the month will be divided into the numbers of total shares and given to shareholders at the end of the month.

The concept is nice indeed but I'm afraid earnings will be quite low.

That actually depends on all the members too. IF we are able to build up a strong member based. Advertiser will come on board. As we stated our advertising fee will increase as member based rise.
