I have these questions still unclear in my mind.

1. Is it "STILL" possible to open a US Bank account for NON-US residents?
(If you answer yes, it means you may have opened it recently yourself or surely know of someone who did so)

2. Any other way of receiving Paypal funds into a Bank Account?

3. Non related - Any well known 'Bank' where one can open an account without forming an IBC and conduct International Wire transactions in ?
