Hi i need help from russian here. Can i send money to my friend who lives in azerbaijan via paypal? If possible, how he is going to withdraw that fund from his paypal account?

Hope to get fast response from u guys because my friend is in dire need of that money.

I do not know about Azerbaijan, but I recently sent money to Ukraine by
MoneyGram.com and their service is excellent, I just a look at
Baku locations and I could see, that they have there 28 locations mostly
Thru AZERDEMIRYOLOBANK, THE INTL BANK OF AZERBAIJAN,
KOCBANK and it’s take about 24 hours or less

I do not know where are you, but I live in rural area in USA,
I did not use bank or credit; I simply went to Wal-Mart (customer service)
Fill application, give cash, they give me the reference number.
I call my relative provide him a reference number and
Next day he was able to receive cash from the bank. It’s took 24 hours.
If your friend does not have verified bank account in his paypal account
It will take about 3- 4 days or more to do so…

I'm from malaysia. I have fund in paypal, so i thought it's better for me to just transfer that fund to his paypal instead of using cash or credit card.
