It can produce a lot of butter and the feedstock is good. But no foreign investors. I do not know why Ukrainian people do not want to raise this plant from its knees?

I spoke with the plant owner and suggested to find a foreign investment and asked to cover current costs $1000
He has some doubts regarding the outcome of my work.

I have enough experience in the investment search and business plans writing but there are some things that spoil everything:

1. There are some people who take risks in the investment search and necessary papers preparation but they are not serious to bring the procedure to the final end.

2. It is hard to e.valuate the cost of your efforts for business plan preparation and the search procedure.

3. It is not easy to guarantee positive result in the situations when business ideas do not meet the market demand.
