Hello,
I want to ask some questions about online casinos. I want to open my own online casino. What do i need? Gambling license, Casino script? How much it cost? And casino owners, how much can i earn for month with a mid-popular casino? How much you earn? What about the companys that offers to create a casino for 10$?
Thank you for answers.

Hi,

I am new here, just having a look around.

Your question stuck out as I have my own casino.

the first casino, where the members own 70% of the shares.

as far as i understand, i am not allowd to post my link to my website.

kind regards,

Ian

In my opinion, you're better off being an affiliate for a reputable casino. It takes a lot of money, time and effort to make a successful casino, just sticking something up on the Internet won't do it.

BetGold will have an affiliate program available very soon.

The $10 deal (GameBuilder) is just a glorified affiliate program, but I don't believe those casinos draw much traffic.

I agree. If you want your own casino you can do it in more different ways:

1. Use existing casino software platform (as playtech or microgaming) and create new casino brand, in this case you get from 40% to 70% of your casino profits and you will of course need your own support, payment methods and website design what is pretty expensive

2. Create new software platform. This is probably the most expensive solution. You will have to develop your own RNG and casino software, have your own IT support, customer support etc. You will keep 100% of your profits though.

3. Cobranding casino. You use skin of existing online casino using your own URL. You can eve change the name of the casino. This is just like affiliate program and you get from 20% to 40% of your casino profits.

So looks like the best option is affiliate program where you get 20% to 70%, you do not even need any website and can promote online casinos with minimal costs.

Unless you have money to throw away on this expensive project i would stay well away from doing it

Personally, I've tried asking on this question before and I've even had a really nice chat with the top few Software providers about this before.

To have your own Casino, you would have to get a few things done. Here are a few that I remember, when I remember more, I'll post again.

1. License from some Government (usually about 50-100K)
2. Getting a team of staff and lawyers and etc (usually around 100-200K)
3. Having the infrastructure of computers & servers (usually around 100-200K)
4. Cooperating with a software provider (usually about 200-300K startup and royalty of 20-30%)
5. Marketing plan for 6-12 months (usually around 200-500K)
6. Bank Reserve (usually around 300-500K)
7. Payment processor (usually around 50K hold)

So yes... that's about what I remember and when it comes down to the final figure, it's roughly around 1M - 2M. Somewhere in between there. As for $10 casino or telling me you own a casino, YOU DON'T KNOW JACK S*** if you don't have at least that much money, and if you have that much money, you won't be here chatting. That's a fact!
