We will be able to fund the new debit card through STP. This is what Nick said in one of his latest updates:
"The P-2-P Energy Bank card will allow you to make deposits into your P-2-P account easily, receive withdrawals in a very timely fashion and even fund your card using SolidTrustpay, AlertPay and ACH bank transfers. You will be able to use the cards at all ATM's around the world in your own currency--thereby eliminating the need for processors and saving you the cost of additional fees."
What we don´t know is if the other way around will be possible as well.
Not too much info as of yet I must say.
And yup, been there before. This is why I also changed my strategy and now I w/d my seed money. Nothing against the program and/or Nick or I would have never participated here but I prefer to have some discipline this time.
Thanks IVM for the funding info.
I think to those of us who have been there before, the scars run pretty deep... I will be rather excited when I get my current pending withdrawal paid to STP. If that is going as per advice on the "other" forum, I should have my money by this time next week.

Cool, thanks for the reply. I am trying to sign up under you here as well but I am having trouble activating the deposit function. Got a support ticket going.
I think your account is "pending" at the moment. You signed up under me on October 19 and after 10 days of inactivity, the script puts your account in pending mode. After 30 days it suspends the account. Once you get support to activate your account again, it is wise to deposit (and then invest from balance) on the same day, to prevent the script from putting your account back in pending mode again. Good luck!

I opened a Solid Trust Pay account for my husband three days ago and sent in the verification documents by their verification@solidtrustpay.info e-mail address, due to the link not working on their website.
So far, we have not received any confirmation that my husband's documents have been verified and we're anxious to get this sorted as we want to make a deposit by credit card for him to invest in P-2-P.
Has anyone else had to wait this long? When I signed him up, I noticed that most of the links kept returning to the profile page which others, here, have also mentioned. I hope this is sorted soon.

They never take that long to verify or respond to support tickerts.
I would use the contact link to email and make sure they got your email with the docs.
Use the link from within your back office. Not the one on the home page. Sometimes contact links in the home page don´t work.

Sue,
When you log in what does your verification status say?
My documents went in OK via the website and I got verified status within a couple of hours. I didn't get any confirmation of verification of my credit card, however, which was a statement sent via e-mail to support@solidtrust.info. I was able to use it immediately to make my deposit - 24 hours later it was in my STP account - didn't even get a telephone call to verify.
I take it none of this has occurred in your case?

Hi Suebee,
I saw that you mentioned that you want to fund with a credit card once you're all verified. Just to let you know, STP's Mastercard function is disabled (at least as of recently, though it's possible that's changed).
I do know someone from My Cash Forum did mention that Stella was able to manually do a Mastercard deposit for him. I'm not sure what type of CC you were planning on using, but I just thought I'd give you the "heads up" just in case you happened to be planning on using a MC

I just found out that once your p-2-p account goes to pending / suspended etc... and then gets re-activated you will have 24 hours to get an investment plan going before the account goes back to a pending status. If a deposit is made to your p-2-p back-office that will not do it,, there will have to be an investment option bought to keep the account active.

This is surely due to the way the script was configured to delete all inactive members without having to do it manually which is time consuming. The sctript surely reads plans purchases instead of funds sitting in account balance before changing members status .

STP office hours are from Monday to Friday.
For newbies that have accounts pending. Layton posted at the other forum that it would be easier to CANCELL your account . Get your money ready in your STP or Alert account and sign up again. It seems to be much quicker that way according to Layton. Makes good sense to me. Good luck.

A question for any former GoldenRocks members, if any of you are out there. Does this seem just a little bit like that? Ex. Nick said that he was wealthy from his father and used the funds to piggyback on the higher level investors funds. "Nick" Pola said that they were wealthy from their father and used the funds to piggyback on the families investments, originally. Sound familiar?

True, the similarities are there, but any program that comes out you can also notice similarities in regards to other programs, but in the end it is entirely up to you as to whether you want to believe any of it or not. Up to this point they are performing as stated, but as in any, it is not guaranteed to be here tomorrow, and that is called the risk factor and it is up to the individual to decide what their risk factor is.

In my opinion, it is not a matter of being or not being late.
Joining/spending right now is not the best thing to do. Some of us think that actually, new signups shouldn´t be allowed until the site´s conditions settle down. This adds up to the current issues to be sorted out. Personally I thought this past weekend would bring some progress but this has not occured as of yet.
Payouts have been around 13 days behind ( last payouts were made October 23rd if I am not wrong ) so if I were you I´d wait till these "growing pains" are over and things go back to normal.
Everything will go back on track in the next couple weeks for sure. This is what all of us really hope.

Although it is taking longer than expected, everything will be OK soon.
Anxiety is normal since all of us want to see it working smoothly as it used to work until the program started to grow so much.
Growth + Energy Bank + the implementation of the debit cards + the latest changes in the script is causing this current delays and issues. Just acouple weeks ago payouts were behind too and they paid losts of pendings all of a sudden.
About other programs being backed up by P2P, I guess there´s a special arrangement between those admins and P2P admin.
All this is just my own opinion.

Wow, COngrats Suebee! Nice to hear that good news.
On another note, this words below are from PVR ( Gary ) who chatted with Nick earlier today and brought some news to all of us:
QUOTE
Hey folks:
I finished up a chat with Nick a little while ago and thought I'd impart a few things I learned:
First, regarding the debit card......it is compulsory for all members and will be the only withdraw method in P2P. It will be able to be funded by ebullion, AP, STP, Western Union and Money Grams. It will have a load limit of 10k and withdrawl limit 2k per day. You will be able to do ACH from your card to your bank account. He is also trying to have it set up where you can pay for the card from your account balance. Nick had toyed with the idea of keeping the other processors as well but has decided against it. He is also thinking of setting up customer support for payout issues exclusively.
Nick knows payouts are behind........he said he will be working on them today. The Energy Bank has been very time consuming , but in business there are times when certain things have to come first. Everything is going very well, Nick said, and is very excited about the future here. I think he is a little disappointed but not surprised by a few members but is extremely happy from the majority who realize this is a real business and understand the present delays. Update coming soon.......

The p2p admin should hold back other thing and take care of the payments to lots of older investors who posted in other forum who waiting 14 day for their big amount and still pending, one or 2 day delay is ok but not this long.
I plan to invest here but will wait to see how the program becomes.
payments to mature invtment on time is the main thing to a program and admin should know this before he started.
there should be a good update to explain why the long delay.

Hopefully, as soon as the man in charge of payouts comes back from vacations, ( tomorrow or Friday according to what we heard ) payouts will resume.
I agree that payouts should not be two weeks behind. The average time is 7 days in the online world.
My opinion is that Nick is alone with everything since he is training new members of his staff while he takes care of the debit card and Energy Bank business matters at the same time + going to the bank etc. etc. + working the money. Such growth was not expected and chances are that he is not too experienced in online sites. This is why he spent so much time speaking to members on the phone, meetings etc. This is the "offline" way I guess and he has been an open man so far.

I had the same question as soon as I noticed a few cents in my account.
This is how it works. You will earn 10% daily over your daily referral earnings ( not deposits as it is in the average AS program) You can check "Show referral earnings" and you will see it grow everyday in increments of $0.03 in your case.
Once your referral´s plan matures, the total amount will automatically move into your account balance and you will be able to use it to respend or w/d along with other funds ( your own earnings ) there.

Yup, not easy here either. The sound was really bad but anyway the update was very informative and hearing Nick for the first time and the way he explains things was very interesting and I would say "reasonable" to my eyes.
I understand there will be a transcription of the newscast soon. This will help members with sound issues, ( or whatever the problem is ) + international members who don´t have enough ability/practice for some good listening comprehension. It is good to know that each and every member is given the same chance to be well informed.
