The p-2-p website is down again - every time it disappears the probability increases that it won't be coming back this time.
I see there are lots of guests here - folks - a word of advice:
If you have paid money into this collapsed Ponzi scheme make sure you get full contact details now, if you don't already have them, of whoever referred you into p-2-p. When you discover you've lost your money, as you will soon, then your best option for getting a refund is to sue whoever referred you into this scam.
Best of luck to you all.

Must echo the same sentiments, as I have been in profit for months now, making five-figure sums, and earning in abundance off the profits. However, these two experiences are typical for all the members whom I know that are in full compliance with the rules.
Now, for those that have had a different experience have been in violation of the rules, either by choice or by default. Some members have tried to cheat the system by referring themselves or members in their families with the same IP address, and this is against the rules. Some have cheated in other ways that are considered egregious, and have been caught and their accounts suspended. Admin is very hands on to protect the funds and the interests of the program which ensures its longevity.
So, in essence, if you play by the rules which are outlined, then you get paid. If you elect to create your own rules and play by those, then you don't. Those on the outside obviously are not privy to developments on the inside, or else they would refrain from their scathing remarks. You have now been apprised of the situation, so it would be prudent to abolish your current tactics.
There are thousands of investors who have NO complaints, who adhere to the rules, who are getting paid daily and who are planning for a solid financial future.

Actually no it must be a ponzi because it looks like a ponzi, regardless of what else it does or doesn't resemble... no proof of earnings, no business registration, referral payments for bringing in fresh meat, rates of returns higher than any legit business in the history of the world, over the top promises made by the admin that never seem to quite come true (hows the Bank coming along?) etc..etc..etc...
Its been said many times if you want to play the ponzi game go ahead, but don't be surprised when those that have played it before tell you what it is... it's the same old thing with all the supporters "it's paying" there fore it must be real... that has NO bearing on anything..and time will prove that out in this case as well... if you were to look at this from the outside with a critical eye you would see it as well...

I mean it's all real and legit and you're paying your taxes and this "business" is going to be around for years, you would have nothing to hide or fear right? I agree there are many people that know exactly what is going on in this scam and they play the game and that is cool and up to them but there are many first timers (everyone was a first timer at least once) who need to see both sides of the story which they will NEVER get in places like MCF and the private forum of P2P so YES they can and should be making their own choices but with ALL the info.. If a program offers a long-term investment plan, i.e. 6/7 months, with a withdrawal lock in period and compounding, one has valid reasons to become suspicious about it being a ponzi. PonziNemesis' main argument was/is that P-2-P pay-outs are spiraling out of control. My investigation has however shown that it took the same time in January to get paid, as what it currently does.
Personally I see two morally justifiable aspects about P-2-P: that they have a maximum limit and that it is a private retirement club. Retired people often find it difficult to cope and if some millionaire decides to put his treasures offshore and help others, instead of paying millions in income tax, isn't this more moral than the xenophobia in our dear PonziNemesis' own country?
I won't write about this program in this thread again.
There are other programs online that are in their third year and that offer similar investment plans. Since P-2-P started their own forum, they simply haven't been too interested in more investors.

p2p has been paying myself and thousand others a steady stream of return consistently, and as far we can see it will do so for many more years to come. It has proven itself many times over.
Anyone considering investing with p2p, dont listen to the negative feedback people have to say. Invest a small amount that you can afford, an amount that you would be happy to lose and let the system prove itself to you. That is the only way you can see if it works and have confidence in the program. After the first investment matures, withdraw your initial investment and compound the earnt interest. That way you will have nothing to lose!

All I was asking for was clarification on what you were saying. In your previous post, I interpreted your comment, about people getting paid big amounts as if it meant (in your opinion) that it may not be a scam.
Even if a person did post screenshots, most people would probably think he/she photoshoped it or something. And, as far as any poster trying to get refferals; as you know public advertising to try and get refferals is not allowed anymore. And, the only people stirring the pot around here or any other place is all the "naysayers".

It would be up to you to prove P2P is not legal especially since the gov checked them out a few times, realized that its legit and left Nick and P2P alone, plus members are getting paid 5 figures and if you dont believe tough luck, but no member needs to convince you of anything. Unlike the scammer moniters in so many other forums and other programs that are the only ones getting paid, P2P member are not lying since there is no benefits for them to do so... Also stupid people and trolls are the same = they go into forums talk trash and dont back it up with any facts kinda like your posts here in this forum. hahaha, first of all I have no idea what the Irish Republican Army has to do with anything and secondly I'd love to know what day trading system I peddle... goodness you really need to check your facts before you post.. oh wait.. nevermind... I forgot, P2P members don't care about facts, just want they think makes a good story..
Sorry if you thought the comment was harsh but it seemed pretty darn obvious to me, a jerkoff so I thought for sure an IDIOT like you would see it too...
Wow, you're not only a jerkoff but a smart ass too
As far as the facts; is your name not Jody McConkey, aka TraderJ aka cvkint?
So when I google "traderj" and "jody" together, that's not your ugly face with the green, white, and red paint on it on your blog at world village? Is that not your voice on the very lame www dot daytradingforincome dot com website where it says at the bottom: "DTFI, Your Computer Trading SYSTEM For Income Freedom"? I know that site's old but you are (or were) peddling a system from your posts on forexnewstrade dot com.
If I am wrong, I do apologize.

You are mixing facts with dreams and assumptions... dig a little deeper when you find out the facts come on back....is that site still up? I'm surprised the marketing guys didn't take that baby down a long time ago.. or more so I guess that the domain name hadn't expired yet..

You are quite wrong, and apology accepted... appreciate you doing so. BTW I can promise you that I have taught MORE people to earn money HONESTLY and learn a skill to do so for the rest of their lives than Nick ever has or ever will..and... *drum roll* they don't have to pay me a penny..... or be involved in any illegal or shady schemes.... dude I know (or hope) you aren't taking all this banter on here seriously, there is nobody that has an ounce of common sense that believes Nick is really some multi millionaire investor that launched his investment club (soon to be retirement club) on a Ponzi ridden website (no offense MMG) or all all the nonsense he spouts, its a game and all the people that have been at this for long enough know better and this one will go down too.. no idea when and quite frankly have no vested interest in it other than correcting obvious bull**** when I have the time and inclination to do so...but the last thing you can do is take this stuff seriously and get bent out of shape... it's a lark nothing more nothing less.. the funny thing about facts, they always win out in the end.. I've said repeatedly I don't like predicting as it's a tough game to play... but all you have to do is a quick search on this site and TG and any others like them and you will see TONS of programs running in the exact same mode as this one.. the honest giving caring admin, the now we're private but umm we still will take in new money... the our own in house bank errr. payment processor, it's all been done and said before... so is Nick the first real honest no bull**** admin? I doubt it.. and you are right for a 100 bucks it's not really much of a gamble as long as you don't mind earning money from others losing without knowing the facts of what they are involved in... but when everyone accepts its simply a game and all are on the same page so be it... it is what it is...
Sorry if I rattled your cage I was attempting to be pithy myself with the "idiot" comment and no personal insult was intended...

cvkint/jody, you sure have a lot of time in ur hands writing lengthy replies like you do. doesnt say much about myself as i had time to read it. but i have p2p, so im earning money regardless of what i do. if i didnt know better i would have guessed you did too.
tho there is something that im not clear about, to quote you: "as long as you don't mind earning money from others losing without knowing the facts of what they are involved in" from ur last post. being a trader, you earn ur money from others losing without knowing the facts of what they are involved in. thats the nature of trading, no one knows exactly where the market is going, therefore there is no fact to know. you know ur édge' and ur risk per trade but not the facts. you may have expectations(if ur a newbie trader) but no facts about where the market will go.
and how does p2p take money from others? and if it does, how is it different to trading?

I'm amazed at how often people make that comment I really don't understand it, it takes what a minute or three to whip up a reply... and oddly enough it's also funny that I don't post for a week or two and then post three or four times in a day and suddenly I have too much time on my hands hehe... matter of perspective I guess ok on to your question..

actually they are night and day.. being a trader one DOES know the facts, they know that the market they have invested in is regulated by a gov't body, the broker they have sent their money to has to file audited reports to their respective exchanges and they also know that the amount of commission they can be charge is again regulated by the exchanges based on the instrument being traded.. so they know ALL the important facts as to where ANY money is they put into the market...
When a trade takes place there is a winner and a loser, one person believed based on their trading pattern method or style that the market was going up, the other person believed it was going down, one of them obviously is wrong at least in the short term and one wins, one loses.. but they BOTH PUT their money into the market with the full understanding of what they were doing and WHAT the possible outcome could be.. they took into account all the factors and then attempted use those skills to best the other traders in the market at the same time..
With P2P you have NO clue of where your money is what it's doing and there is NOBODY regulating anything to do with it. Nick tells you all a whole bunch of neat bedtime stories, but there has never been a single iota of proof that he is invested ANYWHERE in anything.. like I said lots and lots of neat stories.. but as with all the programs like this before and all the ones that will follow no proof... and more than enough red flags from the powers that be to keep anyone away that is serious about investing.. now if you are simply playing the game so be it.. which brings us to your LAST point..
QUOTE
and how does p2p take money from others? and if it does, how is it different to trading?
In trading EVERYONE knows what they are doing, and why they are doing it. With P2P there are so many lies, half truths and stories that have never been proven that NOBODY really knows anything other than what Nick says.. and if you want to accept that as fact that of course is your right.. but for someone new to the world of online investing they might very well believe some of that tripe unless they told otherwise and directed where to find unbiased info... so as long as it's a level playing field and everyone involved understands they are putting their money on a pig in a poke no issues... but when this one also fails as I still firmly believe it will there will be people that are hurt very bad by BELIEVING it's real and believing all the stories about Nick and his good deeds etc.. that will lose their homes and families it happens every time just have a quick read through the Legisi thread and see.. Greg was the honest and lovable admin for almost 18 months never missed a payment... was the salt of the earth sang in his choir and oh yeah just got indited for scamming people to the tune of 72 million bucks... in due time we will be talking about Nick in the same way.. perhaps not indited but gone thats for sure... with lots of people's money.
BTW, took 4 minutes and 32, 33...34...35... seconds...not bad huh?

hey snoopy congrats!
the $9.60 will be in your account balance. you could have requested a payout, but i think payout min is $10.
the p2p FAQ has good info on these things.

Yea, I'm pretty sure that is you in that pic. Aren't you from Thailand or something, but live in Ontario? Anyways, it doesn't matter.
I'm sorry if I was kind of an a-hole too and no, I don't take anything said on any of these chat forums personally or seriously. I mean, how could I? It's just a silly internet chatroom where anybody can say whatever they want and the only risk is being banned, ooooohhhhhh scary; big deal.
Reading these forums is like watching a soap opera, only better. Sometimes I like to jump in the mix and add my own 2 cents just like everybody else. I never claimed to know the facts, I just post my opinions and thoughts. However, I think it's BS when other people do the same but tout it as facts.
In the end it doesn't really matter what you or I or anybody says as we cannot effect any change in anything with P2P. Whether P2P runs for years or shuts down tomorrow, us chatting in there has nothing to do with that.

Anyway, I would like to invest in P2P and I would really appreciate some help with my account. Do you know how I can get my status changed from pending to be able to invest?
