for your kind info, I know many people from my circle who have been getting payent for almost a year now without any miss payment for any expiry. and yes there are some large withdrawals and some small but all are getting paid.
If this above person has not got paid then there must be some problem with his payout as he must have fill in wrong PP info or put money from another PP and requested withdrawal to another PP.
Also you cannot prove that this is a ponzi, Here one get in profit within its first month. There will always be more members getting paid versus new people joining.
Lets say there are 20000 members and if we assume that all are upgraded and we also assume that it is opearting on a Ponzi model then how many members do you think it needs to pay these 20000 members.
There is no way you can prove it a ponzi. All withdrawal are being honoured regardless of how big or how small is that.
Hi learn. I understand your postion because I have been there before myself. I think p2p is up to 23 or 24 thousand members now. I can go back and dig out how the membership has grown at such a pace to allow everyone to get paid at this point if you are interested. This is great news for those first in. Those just getting in could have a big problem ahead.
You are correct that I cant prove its a ponzi but everything points to it with the seasoned hyip player like myself. Dont fool yourself. A lot of the people know its a ponzi but dont care and just look at it as gambling. I dont have a problem with that. To be fair, a lot dont know and believe every single lie out of Nick's mouth. That is where my problem lies. Most that know the truth just keep quiet and suck the money out of their pockets. My conscience wont allow me to pull that. Plus, I know better. That is where my beef is.
This one will be no different than any others. Funny how even the cheerleaders have to remind us of a certain time frame that it has been paying out. Is there some magical mark that says its not a ponzi? No, of course not. The bigger this gets the more on the radar it is. That means trouble if they cant close off membership. (money) They cant close off to new money or it would have been done a long time ago.
Why is Nick so afraid of a national add promoting him as being the next Bill Gates? Why is he so afraid of a nice add in a USA paper promoting this if its so legal? This guy could solve world hunger is he is such a genious with money but I know he is not and I suspect this is just another ponzi scam. Make sense? Maybe not but hang out and watch what happens. Some will make a ton of money but most will lose when its all said and done.

How can you say this that most will lose money. Lets say that if there are 20000 members and lets say 5000 new members join next month so it means that 20K members will get paid next month so if anything happens then only 5k members will be at loss.

How about this for an offer. If Pathway-2-prosperity survives until the end of the year, with everyone being paid on time (let's be generous and say 'on time' means within a month of the payment going into 'pending' status), then I'll apologise to Nick for suggesting that his program might be a Ponzi, and offer to send his lawyers my name and address so he can sue me for libel. But how about, if it does collapse before that time, leaving "investors" out of pocket, then you apologise to me? Does that seem fair to you?

Hey, Nick cant open his mouth up because he has nothing to offer. He is the one making the claims of making the money not me. This guy has told so many tall tales that it would make Pinocchio look like a saint. Do you or your colleagues ever try to use some common sense? Do you really believe he has been on all of these business trips he claims he has? Come on. A millionaire does not fool with hyip games and they surely dont run and hyip. There is no secret information. Dont even go there. This is a probable ponzi and anybody that has been around for 6 months can see that a mile away.
It seems that Nick has been making selective payouts for quite sometime which doesnt surprise me. So much for no one losing any money.
Thats a nice way to extend the lifespan of the program. Sooner or later its all going to catch up to him.

Nick is not in a position to sue anybody. That is laughable friend. Has anybody dug deep enough to determine if this is his real name? I would also like to see his address verified. Im sure he lives in a castle since he has already said he is a self made millionaire. When you add up all the stories its really humorous. Im actually shocked that people really believe all of them. Maybe Richard Branson will bail everybody out in times of trouble since he and Nick are such close buddies.
As the simpleton's argument grows weaker the mindless personal attacks increase. I think PN has room for you in his toilet.

I thought that perhaps PN's avatar was a self-portrait. very appropriate, I might add since his mindless attacks on p2p make no sense. It would not be so bad if he actually had some facts. BUT PONZI NEMESIS STATED THAT P2P IS WITHOUT A DOUBT A PONZI BECAUSE IT IS SIMILAR TO PROGRAMS HE HAS KNOWN IN THE PAST. He is so anxious to make a name for himself as some sort of super ponzi buster that he forgot one slight thing, some facts.

Note those are your words not mine; I simply pointed out that p-2-p had more than a vague similarity to previous programs that had all turned out to be Ponzis. In any case, time will tell pretty soon now - let's see what happens next month - if I'm right we'll see a collapse in payments.
PN......make sure you actually read the links you post. If you do read it, you will see that most of the bad votes and comments are from STF, who incidentally had only deposited $11 and was paid out more than they put in.......STF was banned for breaking the TOS and didnt lose a penny! If a program was making selective payments, it certainly wouldnt pick on a $11 investor.......if you have real evidence of people who lost money, meaning usernames, i would happily look into it because as far as I know, not a single member has lost a cent.
****i have deleted part of the quotes due to the language used in them ********
Then STF goes on to say that "Note, they are suspended more then 50% user accounts "!!!!!!!!.....even you cannot believe that 50% of accounts have been suspended!.......in actuality, theres only a handful that have ever been suspended.......either for cheating or breaking TOS........none of which lost a penny. STF was caught posting bogus comments and votes and even banned by ASA........so your "proof" leaves alot to be desired. In fact, all youve done is show what type of monitor STF is and exposing them for what they are. Thanks PN !

I've been away for a long long time, until lately one of my friends reminded me of HYIP (which I used to be quite active in) and said that he has been earning quite a fair bit from this 'not hyip but has a website that looks like hyip' program. So, I've decided to pay my good old friends - the members of MMG a visit. I guess some things just don't change, and by saying this I'm referring to the 'trolls' and the 'believers' in every thread. Be thankful to the 'trolls', because the sustainability of a 'real' business shouldn't rely on the no. of new members joining each month. If they can survive 1000 trolls for 6 months then I would definitely give it a shot.
HYIP is nothing more than a gamble, which is undoubtedly driven by the one and only thing which we all possess - greed. NOTHING legal on this planet earth offers such high returns, also no legal companies gather funds in this manner. All these global currency arbitrage, hedge futures trading, offshore investment etc are nothing but lies, lies and lies. But you know what, there's nothing wrong with have a bit of risky recreational fun once in awhile, just treat it like a game - whenever there is a winner, there has to be a loser.

I will not begrudge PN his chosen mission or apostolate in life...whatever gives him meaning in this somewhat sordid existence we all partake in called life.
I just find his prophecies quite amusing...and puts a bit of color in a thread that can just go on dragging at times.
At least we have prophets and self-appointed messiahs(to "save the sheep from their dumb selves or from Nick") that will add the spice.
And that's kind of a good thing(the spice I mean*chuckle*).

Actually the person that is making themselves look silly is you. There is no question IF P2P fail, only the when. The facts have been posted many times and if you are too lazy or uninterested in reading back to find them that is up to you.
You appear to be one of those rare beasts the "true believer" that's fine, continue on your mindless rampage, time has it's way with all things as it will here as well.
The silly mantra of "but it's paying" proves nothing other than Nick has enough experience from his past to run a successful ponzi for the time being.
All your stories and nonsense from Nick don't change a single thing, he can't prove he is earning a single penny beyond new money being deposited.. NOTHING. He can make all the claims he wants about how much money he is paying out or how he is going to do this or that, but with NO proof it's all just hot air.
We've all been down this road dozens of times in the past and it will end up the same here as it did then, you are so confused that you still believe somehow it's up to the people that think this is a scam to prove it is, when the burden of proof ALWAYS lies with the person making the claim of their activity. Nick claims this that and the other without one iota of proof he is exactly what he appears to be a ponzi operator and a pretty good one at that with all the faithful gathering at his feet. But when this fails it will be funny to see how many people are caught off guard and all the believers that will be left wondering what happened with their truthful and honest admin.
Honest about what? What has he told you? A whole lotta nothing, wrapped up with a bow... enjoy this one while you can... the smart money is already out and on to the "next" big thing...only the believers and rookies are still toying with this one.

So in around 5 months membership has gone up by roughly 350 percent. They had to pay out 300 percent during this time. Plus, Im sure a ton of people compounded so the amount payed out was way less than what I stated. How long will the membership growth continue at this pace? Its likely that this is all that has kept p2p alive this long as Im sure there are no investments. Thats just part of the game. Plus, there is no way in heck Nick is making 60 percent or more per month. Thats laughable. This thing is teetering on disaster at anytime membership does not grow at an exponential rate or people wise up and start making large withdraws. Its just a matter of when.
Whats more amusing is that they are already at the edge of payment terms or outside of them right this minute. Now who in their right mind is going to join a program that is outside their own terms which they make up by the way. I predict a large drop off in new membership soon. Only the newbies will join up based on their cousin or somebody telling them to do it. The seasoned players have long since gone.

Where are the arguments now? Seems membeship has kept up with payments at least till this point. How much longer do you think it will last? Interesting eh? Ponzi maybe? Sure looks like it eh? Oh my, what a mess and what a distraction. Nick a geneous? Not a chance. Nick a ponzi operator? You bet ya. Nice try Nick. You belong in prison buddy.
When this crashes there will be a huge amount of complaints to the RCMP and OSC. Will Nick have already fled the country? Who knows. Somebody needs to keep tabs on this guy.

Drillbit, as I'm reading your figures it looks to me like Mike is paying out about an average of 1/3 of what is being invested. Is that about right? It sure looks like a Ponzi to me!!
Ponzi, in 1919 after 6 mths. in business was taking in 15 mil. and paying out 5 mil., about the same as what your figures say about P2P. I've been watching this site for a month after a friend tried to recrute me into P2P. NO WAY!!!

I'm pretty new at this game. I've been reading on this site for a little over a month now along with TalkGold and ASA. Is it just impossible that Nick can be investing in say FOREX and/or casinos and/or whatever else making a large profit? I've been looking into FOREX alone, and it appears there can be a lot of money to be made there if you know what you're doing and a lot of money to leverage. $3.2 tillion traded a day....someone's making a lot of money. Nick pays up to 2.67% a day, which is substantial, however you're maxed out at only investing 25k. 2.67% on $100 or $1000 is nothing. If he's pooling together 10s of millions of dollars (he says he's piggybacking on large investments) and making good returns, would he not have plenty of money to pay out? Seems like he would. He says that what he does. I guess I'm trying to figure out why it's so inconcievable that someone can make large sums of money on a daily basis when the wealthy do it everyday. I'm not sure anyone here will be able to answer that question as that's why the wealthy are wealthy and then there's....well us souls on this forum. Just because we don't understand how it works, does that mean it's not happening. I doubt many of us understands how electricity works, but I know when I flip the lightswitch the lightbuld comes on. Just pondering.
BTW those numbers posted by Donnie....not sure what those prove as the real number of active members in P2P is about 1/3 of what is stated on the P2P website as it doesn't calculate the pending, suspended, inactive or even dual accounts. From what I understand more money goes out than hard money that comes in. I would think that if this were a full fledge ponzi it would have collapsed long ago.

Hi gmcconnell. This information was taken from a members site who is pushing this program to the hilt. I copied it and saved it because I knew it would come in handy one day. Is it accurate? I honestly dont know but its just one more piece to the puzzle. Im sure there are no where near that many members who are active but again its an indicator. Nick is using a hyip script by his own admission so the numbers are available to anybody. I think they are probably a good indicator as it explains how payouts are being made to me at least. Its really up to you if you want to believe it or not but again to me it sure answers a lot of questions. I suppose its possible that the numbers could have been doctored up in some fashion but I dont think they have honestly. Lets look back in about a month and see where they numbers are just for fun.

Yes for a number of reasons, firstly he claims over and over again he is NOT involved in Forex or trading of any kind. Secondly Casinos and every other legit business in the world do NOT pay out daily weekly or even monthly dividends on their earnings, they are paid to shareholders usually quarterly. Plus the amount of returns Nick claims he can make has to be higher than 2.67% a day if that is what he is paying out to members. You may look at the financial records of every single Casino in the world as they are gov't regulated in every case except Indian Reserve type locations (which do not allow outside investors anyway) and you will see there is simply NO legal casino on the planet that has made the type of returns on their shares that Nick claims.

Nick claimed long ago he was NOT making money in forex or trading of any kind, it is too risky he claims. Plus NOBODY in forex makes 2.67% a day...NOBODY... somebody investing in Forex on their own either in the spot market or via futures contracts would NOT be bound by the 25k cap that Nick made up, so earning 2.67% a day would mean someone would have all the money in the world in a few short months....looking at the total amount of money being moved in the FX market a day is a red herring and not an indicator to the ROI being shown on that money. More so nobody makes money day in day out, it is a much less forgiving equity curve, add to that the fact that the FX markets are NOT open seven days a week so how does Nick manage to show earnings seven days a week?

If he is pooling money and he lives in Canada or the US he is breaking the law unless he has registered with both the SEC and the OSC, there is no gray area there. Pooling is very strictly regulated. As he has shown no proof of being registered and both the SEC and OSC say he is NOT registered I have to assume he is not. Please don't bother with the maybe it's under another name train of thought... his company would have to be registered as that is the name he is doing business with the public under.

This is another really great, but OLD as the hills red herring. Well the wealthy have access to all these secret methods of making money, No they don't actually the wealthy have access to a lot larger pie of investment capital and as such they can hire the best traders the best advisors and the best lawyers to make sure they keep as much of their money as possible.. the "wealthy" don't do anything secret they just have access to places to invest that we don't due to the size of their bank account balances.. if you earn over 200k a year or have more than 5 million in net worth you can join them... it's called being an accredited or sophisticated investor, there is no secret just deeper pockets and less restrictions.. many of those investments are available to smaller investors too, many just don't know where to look or how to invest there. How many people here have heard of the Fidelity Latin America fund that has been averaging a little over 40% for the last three years? But it's not HYIP land and your local bank doesn't know about so they assume it's a secret of the "wealthy" just another crazy line of nonsense that HYIP operators and promoters use to sell their wares.

Exactly from what you "understand" meaning there is NO proof now never has been that more money is going out than in... until such time as proof is shown it's all a figment of Nicks scam... just like his debit card, just like his Energy Bank, just like him paying out in "business days" when he earns income he claims 7 days a week, and is only paying to your online processor, so what the hell does it matter if its a business day or not? The harder you look at this thing the more obvious it is as to exactly what it is and what it's going to end up doing.
I do feel bad for the many good honest people that are going to be caught in this, just as they are every time of these goes belly up... but that is the fault of the promoters that have long since left this one and building the next latest greatest thing and the next "Nick" no I don't know what it is yet, but it will be clear enough once P2P folds... some other better than air program will come along with some other super honest admin and he too will save the world.... it's predictable and really quite sad.

Gerry, at last check the payments were out of terms and in other words late! This would be the worst time to join up. If its real like some folks may be telling you then it wont matter if you sit back for a couple of months and see what happens. Its not of course. If you are new to the hyip world you really need to do a lot of reading. 99.99999 percent of all of these programs will scam you. Check out the scam section here at mmg to see what I mean. This one is no different and it has a shelf life. I think its on its last legs unless membership grows in a big way.

I feel sorry for you, besides not appearing to have a clue what the net meaning of the word troll, you appear to be one of those rare breeds the true believer, it's always your type that gets hurt the most when these things fail. I realize you honestly believe this thing is real, nothing anybody says no matter how much black and white proof you are shown will sway you.. .that is your cross to bear, but even if just to yourself not in public, give a good hard long thought to how you will feel "IF" the "trolls" are right and this is exactly what it appears to be.. My apologies, I assumed by your low post count you were new to online investing, my mistake. You are quite right you won't change my mind nor will I change yours but that is not a bad thing as long as we both respect each other's right to have and express those opinions, differences do make the world go round. I feel quite sure I will be proven right in this case as I'm sure you do. No harm done, time will tell. Nothing either of us says will alter that.

I am not sure what was incorrect, at the time of the post payments were out of terms.. from the posts I was reading in the private forum. Not to mention that I'm curious how you know who is or isn't a member. There are many people that have signed up and paid the 100 buck minimum to be members so they can simply be kept abreast of the inner goings on.. just like the SEC and OSC do all the time in program.. just check the Legisi docs.

Do you? Ok here is a commonly accepted definition, how was he a troll?
An Internet troll, or simply troll in Internet slang, is someone who posts controversial and usually irrelevant or off-topic messages in an online community, such as an online discussion forum or chat room, with the intention of baiting other users into an emotional response[1] or to generally disrupt normal on-topic discussion
The post was NOT irrelevant or off topic. It was not attempting to bait anyone, but rather inform. It was totally on topic in this thread... so if you can explain how it was trolling I would be curious to see what YOU define trolling as...
