Nice to see you too! Like I said on one of my last updates, I'm just a regular investor again. Only two for me now, P2P and the other one on my signature.
As for P2P being awesome, I hope I can say that real soon, as I haven't gotten a payout yet. But I believe it is forthcoming!

Well, I STILL think that MCF has been best place to go for P2P info. Chris does support for P2P members there, and most of the P2P members go there for Nick's updates. There are a lot of other informational threads regarding P2P as well.

But that will be changing now and I'm EXTREMELY glad that P2P will have it's own forum, and the chat room is being put to much better use now.

Kent...that is another story. I've never joined one of his programs.

There should be rules and parameters for proper decorum--to be sure--but they should be fair and just ...for every "investor" in p2p and not based on just plain power-tripping and gestapo tactics.

Main reason I chose to use AP in the first place was because I could withdraw from AP to egold (which I still use a lot, regardless of what people think about e-gold) but now I can't. Fortunately AP have introduced bank withdrawals to our country whereas before it was just US & Canada.

I never funded AP - so I can't help you. I had $10 in AP and when I started in P2P - that was the minimum. And now I can withdraw to AP because I used that processor. I found it easier (and maybe cheaper) to fund my STP acct - when I got verified and from my verified Paypal acct - to deposit into P2P. So now I can withdraw to both processors.

It is sort of hard for us Aussies, as we are geographically challenged.. LOL But "where there is a will, there is a way".

I fund Liberty Reserve with a free deposit card I got from e-forexgold, at the local post office. Easy... after funding, I get my receipt then email e-forexgold with my receipt number and tell them what account to put it in.. Usually there within 24 hours. Then I use exchangersplus to change it to STP, I know it seems a long way to do it... but it works.. The ideal plan is, not to fund with outside money.. but you sometimes have to due to great opportunities you don't want to miss. Withdrawing money back to Aussie.. well I use my Canadian exchanger.. LOL exchangersplus through bank wire. Works a charm.. Yes there are fees, but when P2P is giving us so much, I don't mind paying the fees, I am still doing very well.

Yes, Layton has been banned at MCF. He is frequently in his chat room and I think would be more then happy to talk about his casino trips.

Manosteel, I agree with your post above. I was also banned at MCF, many have been. I can think of myself and four others who did not violate any of the stated rules of MCF.

Now having been a member of Layton's chat room for a long time. I can only think of one time a member was removed. That person was/is a admitted hacker and was in the chat room flaunting that fact.

One other thing, cause I do like to give credit where credit is due. I have not seen any Mod at MMG go off on a banning trip. I for one had a very very small disagreement with one and the mod acted in a completely professional many IMHO. I am not trying to start anything with that comment, I just wanted to point out. Some mods can be professional.

Yes Wise-Owl and Tappin are both banned at MCF. As with Layton they do not know why they were banned. I was told that I asked a question it was answered and I still asked. Therefore I was banned.

If any member of MCF wishes they can go back and read the questions I asked in the P2P thread and decide if they were answered or if I was out of line in my questions.

bullus, I have asked all the others that I know of who have been banned what they said. No one except one has a clue. The one states he had a support ticket that was deleted by a MCF mod then he asked in the support thread why it was deleted.

After that he says he was banned.

First off, I believe that when I started posting strong oppinions about the totalataran make up of the way the forum was being enacted and the censorship that was ongoing. Then it was stated that the forum was the only place that was the only oficial place to got info. For some reason Kent did not want the info about the p-2-p chat room to be availiable. Then Nick made a post that the chat room was approved by him, and that when he got back he was setting up a private forum in the back office and that he was going to make use of the five conference rooms that were available to him.

Then, I was placed on mod review, that means that when I post, it was held up until the powers that be can read then, then THEY decide if they want to let it go,and that is one of the strongest forms of CENCORSHIP that there is, Ie, the repression of free speech, which I do strongly oppose. I then proceeded to make posts, some went through, some didnt, but I did not deter, I still made posts. I will saay thay I recieved one PM and that was from ISP4U and she stated she did not know why I was on review and would ck on it, then a little later my posts went through. Then I noticed that there were members that were having with the URL to the room, even though it was in my sig, so I made a post that I was posting the correct URL in the open so as to help the members, then they were being deleted and said it could only be in my sig, then I noticed that the URL for the room in my sig was deleted, so I put it back in, and I made a post that I would not be censored and put the URL back in the open and once again was deleted, then I was put on read only.

Then I noticed that there were members with a Mac that couldnt download the chat room, so previously I had posted in the open the free open office download for the windows for a Mac, at that time, no exception was taken to any open posting of any URL that was posted to help any member, this only started this last week end. Since I was read only and could not post it, Grammy posted it, it was also later deleted. Then I was banned, and now I am told that the chat URL in all members SIG are deleted.

Now after Nick had posted that the chat room was approved by him, His HIGHNESS, Lord Kent, made a post, for the first time in a year actually acknowledged that there was a chat room, and he called it a swamp, and get this, this is a room that is after the post by Nick. So now nwe officially have a name , courtesy of LORD KENT. We are now the SWAMP CHAT!

I have repeatedly said over the last year that the room wa not in any way, shappe, or form in comppetion with the forum, it was only an enhancement to the passing of info, in the event that the forum was un accessable, but not once did Lord Kent ever mention it until now. Was it a control issue? he knew he had no control in the chat room.

I guess that I should send LORD Kent three dozen roses, because no matter how much the chat has been mentioned in the last year, he has single handed increased the participation with no help from any source. He did it all by himself.

You also said we were sending people to the forum to disrupt it, well you also had a Mod Pat and Liz in the conference room that I knew about, there were probably others, so just what were you doing? I know you were getting recordings of what was being said and scree shots of the text. Face it, you and the tactics you were using on the forum drove the members over to the chat to get both side, since you only allowed your side at the forum, it is you that did it.

Yes the conversation was mainly the forum, why should it not be, since it was the main area of contension? The discussions were well carried out with no censorship at all, the onlly requirement was the it not be irate with language and be polite to every one with opposing views and it was, did it really chap you that you had no control and could actually be banned, you a ADMIN, UN HEARD OF!

I would also like to say that personally I sincerely that Kent and none of the mods at MCF never have any thing to do with the private forum and that for them to get any info, they would have to log in as a regular member with none of the colorful names as they do in MCF.

Every one in authority at MCF knows that it is a foregone conclusion, that unless you are in one of the other programs listed, there is no reason to participate in MCF, because you will not be able to get any updates or really any info about any updates with the exception of C&P, which since the forum is private, it should not happen and if it does, I hope they enforce the rules, because any thing that is said there should only be read in that forum only.

There are always 2 sides to a story, in MCF you only get one! You helped me a lot back in the good old CEP days so I thought it was very odd you had vanished.

I assume Chris also had issues with Kent, he seems very upset at losing his forum as the main distributor of news for P2P!

Lets hope Nick's new forum focuses a little less on the "cats & dogs" theme though LOL!

So, does anyone think the support people will be changed when we move over to the P2P private forum? as i thought they were doing quite a good job, certainly efficent at answering questions and concerns anyway.

Although after reading some it seems like Chris had some problems, but was that only with Kent,? or did he tick off some members also,? now with Nick and Gary back i hope things will settle and lets get on with the business side of things.

Actually frustrating because e-forexgold doesn't buy back our egold (they have an overstock of egold right now). Otherwise I would use them to exchange egold to LR (they are cheaper than exchange plus).
Until we get the P2P energy bank up and running - will continue to just send my funds to AP since the bank wire was so easy and reasonable.

I'm not funding my p2p acct anymore - just working on what I have in there and reaping the rewards.

Layton, you and I are often on the opposite side of some of these programs but I have always respected your no nonsense and honest way you express yourself. You have never to my knowledge tried to dazzle people with Hype to mislead them and have always been very honest as to what YOUR experiences have been in any given situation.

It's very sad that things came to a head as they did in that cesspool of a forum and it's too bad you were caught in the middle.

Regardless of what the "public" outcome might be of things like this I am sure you can hold your head high knowing you have taken the high road.

Thanks CV, the banning does not hurt my feelings at all, I will not and others just have very strong feelings about censorship, and will not abide with it. The members that still have access are very effective at giving out info that we are interested in, such as the latest payout dates, so other than that It does not really have any affect.
