When a group of people, like those of us in p-2-p, or (insert any program name here that might be running smoothly) post that this person got paid or that opp is paying ontime and it seems for a while, like maybe 6 months to a year, or more, that a program is running, as it intended, it wouldn't be much of a mental stretch to find one or more country's governement paid some of their people to come into forums like this one and make the kinds of posts that attempt to undermine anything going a bit smoothly.
