If you actually listen to the interview, it said that the SEC and OSC tried to shut it down back in November 2007. They were unsuccessful. He said that the company he registered (and he did NOT say he registered with the OSC, just that the company is registered in Ontario, and called P-2-P Network) does not fall under the OSC's jurisdiction according to the current legal language at the time of the interview. I did not hear him say that he told them to take a hike...I'm not sure where you are getting that...it's just that P-2-P Network does not fall under their jurisdiction. Incidently if it does not fall under their jurisdiction, there would be no reason for him to register that company with the OSC or any other securities commission.

Just stop reading into what he said, and listen to what exactly he did say. Arguing is futile.

Also, just a note...he said in the interview, as well as on the website that all EXTERNAL deposits are guaranteed personally by him. IMO...that does NOT include monies rolled over into new investments, as these would be INTERNAL deposits. Just something to keep in mind when making a plan.

No one tried to shut down P2P. In my opinion, that information was given in an effort to provide a FALSE sense of security to members.

Nick might not have have used the words "take a hike", but the message he relayed to people is that is exactly what he did. Just curious, do you know the law on these matters? If you did, you would know that neither the SEC or the OSC conduct an investigation in the manner that was described. Can you provide any proof that there has even been any case in the USA or Canada where either the SEC or the OSC has attempted to shut down a company and they were unsuccessful? It does not happen.

So, an individual only has to listen to what is being said? An intelligent individual listens to the words then analyzes the words to ascertain if the words being spoken are just words (hot air) or if they contain substance. Substance in this case would be words backed by the law.

Well, mommyof2g, I am telling you in order for Nick to conduct the business he is conducting, he most certainly needs to be registered with the OSC -- no if, ands or buts about it and P2P most certainly does fall under the OSC's jurisdiction. In fact, the OSC would allow an SEC investigation if the SEC requested same. If the SEC did conduct an investigation, their findings would be turned over to the OSC, who in turn would pursue legal proceedings, if they determined that the case warranted it.

Do you really believe your deposits are guaranteed? If you do, good luck to you.

You will get suspended, you will get your original investment back and you will be done.

Secondly, if you are in P2P, don't cheat the system. I mean HOW IN THE WORLD? He is giving you 60% interest, I mean imagine that right? There is no bank in this world that can get that for you and he has been doing it faithfully now for well over a year and there are people out there that are cheating the system. By cheating the system, what a lot of them are doing is setting up one account and then they set up another account and use the first account as their referral so the first account gets all the referrals and then they max out the second account and so again the first account gets all the referrals and then they go and do the same thing with some other accounts as well and make up these other accounts and all the referrals get turned...it is just a big mess...and it is really causing a lot of headache and unfortunately the people that are doing this are going to get booted out of the system. It is unfortunate but that is the way it is. So if you are in P2P, just relax as things are coming...the debit card is unbelievable what is going on with it and all this stuff does take time. That is what many people don't realize that what is being built behind the scenes are HUGE and it does take time and it will take time to complete and to get everything done so the best thing you can do is JUST BE PATIENT! Patience in this industry is an absolute must....it is an absolute must in this industry if you are going to make it and if you are ever going to do anything good in this industry you have got to have patience. That is all there is to it.

Is there anyway to find out any back ground on this Nick? Prove one way or the another if this business is a good investment or a bad investment?

What is the Canada laws if someone tranfers large amounts of money from Canada to the USA? Transferring any money for that matter from Canada to the USA?

I am trying hard to understand the laws in Canada and the USA but it is confusing? I live in the USA. Would it be better for me to send a PM? Please help me understand the laws.

I have been reading a lot about P2P and I have many questions,and cannot understand why so many members do not question ANYTHING about this Nick.

Doesn't the fact that there was a P2P.net(not com) and it went bellyup with lots of people losing money bother ANYONE???Nick headed this program as well. Anyone that can google can see he has had several of these nonsuccessful businesses(at least unsuccessful for the investors...not Nick).

Then there is the fact that he does ALL these payouts himself.If there are 10000 members do you even really believe this is possible??

He doesn't TRUST anyone else??They say you often see in other people the very traits you possess.He thinks no-one else can be trusted??Because HE can't be trusted??

Everyone accepts with blind faith that he actually has these investments.Why would he not tell people what casinos are involved?? HINT...because then his ownership could be verified,...or debunked.

Everyone accepts all these excuses like a bunch of sheep.Oh...traveling faster than the speed of light between 3 very far apart countries,electrical outages,DDOS attacks,snowstorms,and let's not forget the CHEATERS!!!!!

This is SO MUCH like the CEP scam I cannot believe there are members of CEP that invested in this program. It makes me feel less sorry for them as they cannot claim ignorance of such a scam after having been screwed once.

Yes I have questioned some items that came up, and they were taken care of. Apparently, you already have your mind made up about the program and you are not vested in it, so it would not do any good to try to convince you other wise. Yes, I am a vested member and happen to be maxed out in one account and on the way to a maxed second account. The thing is, is that right now Nick is doing what he says, and so far even if it does stop, all I lost is 1k in real money, but in the same respect, I I do get paid, I will come out smelling like a rose and will have a return of a little over 80k for a 1k investment, not too shabby if I say so. Sure it is all cyber money until you get it under your control. Of course I could lose all, but I do have a pending to be paid, and when it is paid, I will have my initial back with good profit, and right now I do not really see any reason to doubt that it will be paid. I never tell any one this will last forever, because no one can say what tomorrow will bring, when any one asks me, I always tell them how my perception is at that time.

So, in effect, it will continue or it will go away, and no matter what pro;s or con's are brought forth, it wont make any difference either way. The way I look at it, I will either win big, or lose 1k, which BTW, I always count the initial if being lost in any program until it proves otherwise.

I tried to join MCF but for some reason I don't get the activation link to my e-mail. There are no filters on my account and I don't have problems getting mail from anybody else. I just try to get info here from someone that is a member of MCF. The MCF home page doesn't have a "Contact Us" button I could use to try to resolve the problem.
I am a member of P-2-P and have just been compounding since I joined without requesting any cashouts. Most of what I see in this forum seems to be positive about P-2-P and so far I am a fan of Nick and feel he is on the right track.

I have not been able to get into MCF for about 24 hours except for about 10 minutes this morning which enabled me to catch up with the posts. Since then, all I get is server error messages , even when I try the link from p2p network.

Can you afford to be without that minimal amount of outlay and just place it into a 60Day term?

Can you then afford in all logic not view this in the light it has been presented by Nick to help the little guy an gal off the street?

If you cannot step out on a lim and do the following, then out of sight out of mind!!
