thanks a lot i was going top put quite a bit of $$ here but now ofcourse not , thanks a lot for the help , payment terms state 48hrs but ur pending since 9th aug thats 6 days too bad ..

The admin posts often at the forum that he uses as his base. If you want to know more of whats going on, or more info in general with this program, there are 2 threads with loads of info at My Cash Forum. He has posted there the last 2 days and has a poll of sorts going at the moment .
He doesn't have the time to go to each forum and post, so he uses one main forum.

Guys, you´d better go check MyCashForum and read some interesting discussion and opinions that are taking place there with Nick posting a long one there.
I agree that he can´t go to each and every forum trying to please everyone. It´s us who must try to follow up with what´s going on. ( It´s been stated many times before that admin chose MyCashForum as the place to post and communicate ) After all admins are just humans and as a program grows more than expected these things may happen. I understand all of us fret easily though, been there before, but it´s all a matter of reading BEFORE posting.

If you are a member you should have his telephone number- so just pick up the phone and call him. I am sure that he will sort things out straight away with you. You have a right to have your own opinion but red flag that was a good one.. Good luck rockan

Still get no answer - but something happened:
My account is now active again and I can reinvest/withdraw as usual. So I take back my own "red flag" and change it to ....yellow , and as soon my withdraw arrives - back to green. (will post)

Several key issues appear to revolve around the interpretation of what a private company is and what direct solicitation is.
I personally think that Nick is legal in the USA in that he clearly states his company is a private company; however, I am not an attorney and could be wrong. I am a little concerned about what may or may not be considered by the SEC as a direct solicitation of a program to US citizens. The fact that US members post referral pages on US-based surf sites and blogs may or may not be considered direct agent solicitation.
For this reason I will still continue to invest in P2P as a private member, but will remove its links from my blog. I do not want to be regarded as a direct soliciting agent for P2P in light of my confused understanding of SEC’s interpretation.

It is great to see that the AP and STPay deposit features are now automatic. Alertpay and Solid Trust Pay will definitely attract the autosurfing crowd. I like the fact that this program does not have the e-gold only feel to it, those types of programs are so limited.

yes things are realy coming together, it just keeps getting better all the time Nick is doing a great job
for those who are having problems with email you may want to try opening a free account at www.inbox.com it has worked ok for others having trouble
I would also like to remind people, the place to get updates regarding p2p is from mycashforum.com. You will get lots of help over there with any problems you may have.

When your plan ends it will show up in your account balance. From there you can either request a cashout or purchase another plan.

This is the way to do it: If you have deposit $1000 to your account and then you want to invest in the 15 day plan you do "buy investments" and mark 15 day plan and in the "Amount of investment options to buy" you enter 100000. Good luck

You´d better keep yourself informed with all the changes in their script.
Do yourself a favour. READ MyCashForum, keep yourself up to date every time you spend $ into these programs before starting to complain and cry ok? Admin must have logged into that forum at least once daily.
