Yes that is how the Guarantee would work.

However even tho I am in this program and in profit so I can say it's paying nothing is ever 100% Guaranteed the Guarantee is only as good as the person offering it. If you need that $1000 for food kids clothes etc don't risk it. if you can afford to risk it then go ahead and join the program.

However before you deposit into it open up and verify an STP or Alertpay account as your P2P membership goes into pending after 10 days of inactivity.

as of right now wire transfers are not a deposit or withdrawal option at p-2-p. They were and there were to many problems associated with them. When the debit card becomes available the funds will be in the debit card off-shore banking system and the owner of p-2-p will not have mess with individual wires from members located all over the planet but instead just deal with the funds in the card accounts.

The only present option for depositing / withdrawing from p-2-p is through either alertpay or Solidtrustpay

I can't blame STP for implementing those term as listed above... due to the fraudlent activity of some of the P2P members. Why can't they be happy with their fare share of earnings...

The reason I say that is, my withdrawal dated 30th December to STP is still pending. If it takes this long it dosen't really matter, but as per notices on "that other forum" with the Nick Updates... it seems that STP payouts are slowed yet again because of dishonest members. I hope they weed them out and let the honest people get their payments.

I am always a bit skepical to when admins claim this. I have seen to many programs claim this just to stall payouts then disappear blaming everyone else but themselves.

That maybe true if the money was lost, but according to Nick's update, the cheaters

were caught before payouts were made, so NO money was lost, thus no reason to

disappear! Nick is a very smart man, and knows what he's doing. I can't say the same

for all the other admins you mentioned.

If anybody would like to check on traderj's posts on MCF(his last few posts sometime in september or october I believe), they will find that traderj(aka cvkint) has supposedly made contact with Nick--as to what happened or transpired, nobody knows -- but the contact/meeting was reportedly positive according to traderj himself as far as I could glean from 1 post he made.


traderj/cvkint supposedly (according to himself )belongs to some big traders/investors group as far as I can gather and was supposedly conducting or attempting to conduct some DD on Nick/P2P with the possibility of his group investing.


Now he appears to be singing a rather dark tune after MCF members basically ganged up on him -- what his purpose had been for even being there is beyond me .. to stir up the nest?

I don't see what the number of my posts has to do with anything; everyone, when they first started here, had to have a first post!

I was simply trying to find out about a program I was interested in, and I was hoping I could do that without encountering hostility.

Then think before you make a post, even traderj etc is one and the same and even he is having problems with his OWN investment program. If people were not getting paid from P2P then traderj should keep his nose OUT of other people's business and look after his own.

EVERY single darned investment has some kind of risk and you should know that, in this world everything and every day has some kind of risk. So far P2p has been paying since last February, and yes p2p has had its problems, but none that havenot been FIXED, go to the the MCF forum and read EVERYTHING before you start coming in here and spouting old news and causing problems that no longer exist then you would not get the replies that you do not like.

It's not very old news -- the date of Traderj's response on that blog is December 26, 2007, and notice he says the OSC and RCMP have an ongoing investigation of Nick. So, you tell me how I'm causing problems by quoting what someone else has said. Further, how can you say the problem no longer exists when the investigation is apparently ongoing?

You also know that just because a program is paying doesn't mean squat.

It's funny how trying to do some due diligence brings out people's insecurity and hostility. I guess that's what happens when money is involved -- it often brings out the worst in people.

I see where you are coming from but you need to think clearly about this.

If the OSC has an investigation going on they aren't going to tell anyone - otherwise the person under investigation would have a chance to disappear. Traderj/cvkint may not be giving any details about the supposed investigation but he is saying that there is one ongoing - which is effectively giving the suspect time to do a disappearing act.

If the OSC had any proof whatsoever that P2P is illegal it would have been shut down by now. Nick has had plenty of time to run off with our money if he thought he was in danger of prosecution by the OSC.

The people who put down P2P have provided no evidence whatsoever - they always come out with the line "it is not for me to prove it is a scam, you need to prove to me it is real". The one thing they all have in common is a love of their own voice and self-importance.

P2P may or may not be legit---may or not be a ponzi--I am not in it so I dont have a dog in the fight. But I do know that governments have more money than people---and if they do go after you---you can be 100% right and still get screwed like a stray cat. You wont be able to afford to prove your innocence-and if you do you will probably be broke--so they win anyway.

I think of Richard Jewell who was actually the hero of the 1996 Olympic bombing in Atlanta GA who died recently. FBI and American media had him the perpetrator----he actually saved lives but his life was ruined.

And if p2p is in fact under some informal probe-- and there is basis for the Canadian authorities to intervene, we will know at some point in the future

I know traderj is smarting from purported false accusations against him from MCF--and I think he's on some vendetta mode right now.

I too have a p[ending payout from Jan 2 to Alertpay.

Normally when someone posts negatively the first time, he has an agenda. He's probably
been banned, and come back as someone else, simply to troll.

It seems this is not the case for you, and I'm sorry if you thought I was hostile, but we
have been all through the Traderj fiasco already, and thought you just wanted to stir things
up again. If you wanted to know about the program and were worried about what you posted, you could have said so in your post!

They should be coming this weekend. There has been some problems with a few

You will soon find out that we are a strong,close,friendly and happy family and we all watch each other's backs. So comin' in here with a post like your first one, well... you got slammed. Sorry, but that is just the way it is. You have two choices:

1.) Read the P2P section in MCF and then join our happy family or

I remember reading that CVKENT either talked to Nick or met him, he then came back and made a post that Nick said he could not handle the amount his group wanted to invest. Kent at that time that every thing was OK, and that he was satisfied with the with the answers and info provided. Also Nick did say the Canadian Gov contacted him and he now had every thing in order and satisfied, now if it is or isn't true, I cannot say. I also do not believe that any agency would say if they are actively have an investigation ongoing, I know that some have replied that they are aware of such and such, which of they would be if they contacted Nick and the concerns were addressed and corrected By Nick as Nick said happened.

All I can really say is that as of now they have performed as they said they would do, and they have paid as they said so far, will they continue, that really is an unknown since there is no predicting the future, but as of now, I am satisfied, and no I do cheer lead, only make comments as to performance.

Of late, cvkint claims to have the goods on Nick but keeps his cards close to his chest but now divulges a little bit of info that Nick and P2P are now undergoing preliminary investigation by the Canadian authorities.
