Sure, but this applies only if the program itself is genuine. What if the program runs away after collecting money. The amount of money collected would be much more in this way as numerous under $100 payments would be held with them. This gives them one more reason to prove a scam. Offcourse it doesnt matter if they are genuine. So lower locked amt is much better, from the investor's point of view.
