my WORST BEAT EVER
is :

I had a pair of Ace ,
and lost to 2 - 3 .
Unbelievable , or is it?
this lucker got three of a kind , threes :\

This lose of my AA shows you that in poker , everything can happen , and nothing is sure untill you hit the nuts.
In my case , the best possible hand , had lost to the WORST POSSIBLE HAND , which is 2 -3
(by the way we bet before we'v seen the flop , he had a low stack and went all in , I couldnt fold AA before we even saw the flop.)

by the way , this hand happened to me in a tourney .
I just won in 8th place in a tourney which had 550+ players in it ,
the buy in was 1.1$ , and I won 13$ , not a lot , but if I would get to 1st place
I would get 137$ ill try again today

Two things come in my mind with bad beats...
1.I lost twice in a row with AA.
2.I got 5 great hands , one after another lost them all .AQ ,AK ,77(made the set on flop), AA and another i can't remember. It was a 25/50c limit game. 4 hands lost on river. Around $17 in 4 min.

About your hand. I've seen last night on partyp a player with 8000 (3$ turn)and some chips goes all in with 23 before flop.2 players call K10 , AJ. 23 wins.

2 3 has a magic touch I assume
about ur hands , if u played well u lost because u were just unlucky =]
I had a chance to earn about 60$ in a pot but I think I over reacted
I had A 9 , 4 people called , blinds are 0.25 0.5
everyone raised and called bla bla the pot had about 14$, and I had a full house , nines over aces. then iv went all in because I thought the other players had good hands , and they think I just try to steal the pot and every one folded :\
I like having the nuts though ..its such a great feeling when u play and u know u already won and ur just getting free money now

2 3 still had power, need only 3 card to str8. go play at epokerusa.com and you will find play with bot, at there AKs can lose by 2 7o/s
When you win chip table, its not mean you win chip victory

You cant say 2-3 have more power than A A because you have a flush draw
Pot odds to win with a pair of Ace , when you play against 2 3 are about 80% ...

lol bluffing isnt a bad beat.
a bad beat is when you lose a very good hand to a better hand
for instance,losing a flush to a four of a kind etc.

one is like the other.

I do not hate only bad beats but also splits. I wasn't able to make any hand for more than hour and then I make straight

That good for you, what you want with Q5 o/s ? Any different with playing coward and smart, call me fish (sometimes when AK not work) but you can play like fisherman when you had AA (and lose when you got a shark )

I lost many times as I played tens of thousands poker games this year 2007

For example:
I have 5 6.

Om table are 5 6 10 10 K

He have A A, so badluck, I thought that I have 2 pair it will be ok, but he won

or:

I had on my hand A 5

on table was: 2 3 4 (so i had straight) then comes: 8 K

and he had 6 5

or:

I havefullhouse and he had four of a kind... - that was badluck

but once I had: K 6
on table comes: K K 6 then 6 and A

he had 6 7 but he had no chance with that cards

wow I made a good profit today !
deposited 10$ requested cashout for 75$ !

and had the best hand ever although I didnt earn a lot in its pot because everyone folded at the blinds , I had a straight flush only had that hand 1 time it was I think 2 years ago and now its the 2nd time in life that im getting a straight flush P

The worstist time is I win but I haven't got money..

My worst bad beat was ... ugly .. =X

I lost about $2000 on this hand, dam'..

I had QJ, called the big blind, one guy raised 2x BB, i called, everybody folded. We were 2 players. Flop
QJX ... very good for me, I was happy ... The guy raised, I re-raised and he drove me all-in. I called. He shown 2 kings. I was jumping on my seat, 'cause I had a higher hand than he.

But now ... The turn came : 9
And this river ... : 9

God, he had 2 pairs King high ... I had 2 pairs queen high ...
This hand remained in my head a looong time.

In my experience AA is a Great Starting hand and that's about it, Just another pocket pair. I,ve lost to 22,
two pairs, flush ,Str8's and on and on, when I had AA

I don't get too excited when I get AA mater of fact I kinda hate them. because it's always hard to lay them
down. But I have , and was glad I did.

Running 9's that really Sucks.

My worst bad Beat ,would have to be in a 20,000 turny I was playing in not to long ago,
Still not over it.

I was in position Blinds were 1000/2000. Everyone folded to me I had Kh/Kd , I raised 3x BB.
SB folded ,BB called. Flop was Ks Qs 10h BB checked, I bet 4,000 ,BB called.
Turn was Js , I was worried but didn't back off bet 4,000 again , BB called.
river was 10d , I said to myself cool Fullhouse K's/10's knew I had it. Went all-in, BB called
He won With Quad 10's

Still kicking myself for playing it that way ,I guess I should have went all in after flop.
