If you want to quit smoking but thought it was too hard, here is a website that
can and will help you.

You can NOW access our complete 10 day online course , with its free information on how to quit smoking

You can also e-mail our team of Advisors if you need any help with our course.

Remember, all our advisors are ex-smokers who have successfully given up smoking - so they will understand exactly what you are going through!

Try it and be smoke free in 10 days.

Thanks for that, Kowgirl.

I have bookmarked the link, and read 'Day One'.

So far very happy with what I have read. Here's hoping by the end of February I will be a non smoker. I was going to the Chemist tomorrow to get myself some nicotine patches, but will give them a miss and try this course instead. I have never really liked the idea of nicotine patches anyway.

I have always looked after myself, and still walk 5km's per day (a lot less than I used to!!), but I am starting to feel the effects of smoking, and not enough exercise.

So, next week I am hiring a treadmill, and will walk an extra 5km per day, and I will continue with the lessons on stopping smoking.

And the money I save will be spent on the vitamins I used to take religiously on a daily basis, but over the years have stopped doing.

My husband is a fitness freak, he runs around 20km's per day, goes to the gym and does a lot of bike riding. And he positively HATES smoking. So I need to show him I can do what he says I will 'never be able to do'. biggrin.gif

So, wish me luck lol, 'cause I'm going to need it.
