HI ..I AM VERY NEW TO THE INTERNET.. I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW IF THE HYIPS ARE PAYING OUT WHAT THEY CLAIM??? :

What it really stands for is; 'How Your Investment Perish'...  The reality is that it has got nothing to do with Investing, and everything to do with Gambling... 
HYIP is like gambling, much depends on luck. Most people will loose when they first begin their journey in HYIP, thats part of the learning process, if you r diligent enough and do ur research and learn from ur mistakes, u will eventually flip the coin.
