I'd like to know if anyone works with Forex Affiliates? Are they good enough?

The reason I ask is that their Revenue Commission programm has following description text:

"The commission under this program is continuously paid to you, for the lifetime duration of your referred traders' accounts. In case you temporarily have a negative amount balance it is carried forward to the next month."

Would like to hear your comments on that description - it worries me somehow..
