Hi Fellow MMG members,

Am I the only one seeing "IPB image" showing each time I post an image in the MMG Forum? unsure.gif

Even the banner in my Signature seem to have desappeared and only "IPB image" is showing! crying.gif

Can anyone else see "IPB image" in my Signature instead of my banner? Or Am I the only one seeing it? unsure.gif

Please help, crying.gif

IPB Image

MMG Admin, is it forbidden to post images in your forum? Please, advise! peace.gif

Hi Mafaltti,

Thank you so very much for coming to the rescue!

Here is a copy of the code I have in my Signature:

IPB Image

Monee .....

P.S. When I preview my post before submitting it, I notice that the code is not showing and only "IPB Image" can be seen, so let me PURPOSELY include some space to separate some of the items:

[ (space) url (space) = (space) http://www.bacnetworking.org/?bacn1 (space) ] (space) [ (space) img (space) ] (space) http://www.bacnetworking.org/images/BACN_ban10.gif (space) [ (space) / (space) img (space) ] (space) [ (space) / (space) url (space) ]

And here are the images I tried to post and got "IPB Image" instead ... wink.gif

Here too, I am PURPOSELY include some space to separate some of the items:

1) Save The Children
[ (space) img (space) ] (space) http://www.bacnetworking.org/images/shots/STC_010107.gif (space) [ (space) / img (space) ]

2) CCF
[ (space) img (space) ] (space) http://www.bacnetworking.org/images/shots/CCF_010107.gif (space) [ (space) / img (space) ]

So, what is happening? unsure.gif

Am I the only one here in the MMG Forum getting these "IPB Image" tags instead of my images? crying.gif

The Server where these pictures are stored is presently on maintenance, do you think this is the reason why these images are not showing? unsure.gif

I trully hope it is, unfortunately the "IPB Image" tag shown up many other times when the Server was up and working fine! crying.gif

Radmax
Your banners are displaying fine for me. Do you have any of these board display settings turned off by chance?

Hmm! blush.gif

I do not think so, below is my setting:

Do you wish to view members signatures when reading topics? => YES
Do you wish to view images in posts, such as smilies and posted images? => YES
Do you wish to view members avatars when reading topics? => YES

Is it the way it should be? post-69220-1110229459.gif

How did you fix it, or did it fix itself?
mafaltti
I also can see your signature image without problem, the "IPB image name" normally appears when the script looks for the file of the image and doesnt find or dont have success to download it, or also if the server where image is hosted doesnt allow that out access for its content.
