I never used a fast train, but I\'d like to, an airplane is the best in my opinion.

where I was born (Micronesia) Rickshaws were mainly used as means of transportation
for the social elite. but it was long time ago. we don't use Rickshaws any more.

I took the Shinkansen from Kobe to Hiroshima and back and that was pretty cool. It was fast, the seats were comfy and you could see plenty. The best bit was, after being (oh the horror!) all of 5 minutes late into Kobe, the platform was lined with company employees apologising for being late!

I do prefer aircraft though. Business class is a little more comfortable than cattle class which just sux big time on longer haul flights. I've been bumped to 1st class once and that was really nice.

Just think that all of this was not here until the last 200 years.

Today I expect to reach 70 km/h or more in my bike

buses.... I don't remember when I used a bus the last time for transportaition.
but I remember one thing about buses.

when I was 20 I went to Italy the first time and because I had no money for hotel
in Roma, I found a shelter from the cold raining nights in buses in the city parking.
day after day, all was well.

but after a week a thief enter the bus in the middle of the night and start driving.

I wasn't sure if this is the legit driver or the thief, until 10 police cars crowned us
catch the bus and mistaken me to be the thief's younger partner.

The next night I spent in prison, but in the morning they release me after the thief
admit he haven't noticed I am there.

one good hearted police officer invited me to his home and found a job for me in
a little oil station.

we are still friends.

nice story btw. why thief stole city bus? I don't think it is easy to sell stolen city bus

I was in Itally 2 times and once they stole one guy cigaretes and on second trip they broke into our bus on parkinh and took one womens bag, police cached this guys, they were only 2 kids, and they gave back this bag and police man asked them to make some exercises
and let them go
but thief's are everywhere, you just must be careful

and this stories are nothing when I remember how fun were this trips,
Rome, Venecia, San Marino, Florence, Assisi...

Pizza, Lasagne, Italian icecreams, wine, ferrari's..... ohhhhh hehe I must go there again
