Firstly thanks for the "present for Trev" really appreciated... currently I am endeavouring to help pay some of his older medical bills. Some have been paid for, due to his parents selling the family car last year, but more bills are catching up with them, so I am endeavouring to clear their credit card so the interest will stop... ( I have just posted entries on the donation blog

As at this present time, there are certain matters of concern with taking one form of payment and paying in another, and I feel it involves risks that we should not take for the good of the program.

Hopefully this will not always be the case, I am seeking advice on this matter, but the advice I have currently advises me to keep e-currencies seperate.

Pete, my Aussie Debit Card came in the mail today which is great since i only ordered it late Thursday!

So does that mean when my next payday comes around that you can load it straight onto my card from yours?

I think it is time that I composed a news letter, with what I know about the current e-gold situation, and other processors, I will get it done within the next 24hrs and out to all members. I really think that things are looking up, and I will expand on this in the newsletter, I feel better doing this than expressing myself on an open forum ATM.

Actually I feel quite comfortable already about this one, can't say I have about any other program.

Hi there IanSane_BC. I just looked back and realized that BTD is over 4 months old. It's deserves a whole lot more attention than it gets, especially when you look around and realize all the programs that have come and gone in that time. Some programs give you lip service about having outside sources of income. Pete withstands the many storms we've seen these past months, strong as ever, only because he's the real deal.

BTD....it's is a diamond amongst a whole lot of foolsgold. (Hey, there's a slogan for your banners, Dorky, lol.) Congrats, IanSane_BC, for having such discerning taste and being able to pick this one out of the crowd.

Can you tell me why I never choose to join the good programs ?

Better late than never Pierre Pete has realistic returns, great return, but still realistic. I don't know where else one could consider this type of investment and sleep at night. But I sleep like a baby, LOL Even with the current uncertainty of egold. I am happy for Pete to manage my money and do what is best.

I may be sticking my nose where it does not belong, but I think Iberian may have been quoting the email message he has been receiving without using quotation marks. In reading it myself, I don't think those are his sentiments, Pete. Just some programmer who thought he was clever by giving his email system personality?

Correct. I merely copied and pasted *exactly what the system return email said. I probably should have put quotation marks around it. My apologies for that. I was merely trying to let Pete know that there appears to be an email glitch somewhere. Three times I've tried to email him, one has got through, two have bounced with the above message.

I really don't understand at all, unless there is a space there that doesn't belong?
I have had a problem emailing Hale Bopp, I finally discovered, that it was a cut and paste error on my part, it is easy to do.

My apology if I seemed a bit harsh.

So many new messages today, nice to see more activity.
Yes 4 months is a long time to be going strong in this online arena, but lets think about how nice it will be when we can all look back 4 years :-)
The posts here indicate only slight problems with emails so far and yes cut and paste can be the cause many times, other times some servers just don't communicate so well. Lets hope it is the cut and paste issue.
Back to the program with Pete managing to hold strong while others wither and die or just up and run shows great promise.
The other strength is in the group, relaxed supportive chat, nice screen shots, talking instead of pumping or whining...
All these show that BTD has a great chance at long term success.

Today has been very ordinary day for me, as some of you know I have had the flu, and really blocked sinuses.

Early afternoon, I was having a cup of coffee, and talking at the same time(as always), when a big slurp of coffee went down the wrong way
I could not get enough air (due to my blocked nose) to get rid of the offending coffee, I coughed and spluttered, and coughed some more, next thing I knew, I had passed out in my office chair(you know the kind with wheels?)

The chair disappeared backwards, and I ended up out cold on the floor, after hitting my head on a table, now I have an egg on my forehead,
a black eye, and bruises everywhere. The worst thing about it is the indignity, for the next week or so, I will be telling the story over and over, to explain away the black eye.

Other than that things are great.

Wow, Pete, that is quite a day. You know, I just heard of something that might help you. Now, after you see this you're going to think I am insane, but I am actually thinking about getting one of these myself. Have you ever heard of a "neti pot"? Some people call it a "nose bidet" and it is pretty much just what it sounds like. I am a carpenter in my real life and I get a nice amount of fine sawdust up the ol' nose on a daily basis.
