To all members I need to say that the time will come when we become a variable rate program.

Because our major earners at the moment are, inclined to be seasonal, as a result there will be times of the year when we are inundated with clients, and other times when trade will slow.

Break the drought is not a two week wonder, nor shall it ever be. In good times we earn way in excess of the amount that we need to meet our obligations, in not so good times those reserves can be drawn on to level out the profitability.

The day will never dawn when you are told that your 20 or 25% dividend has been reduced. When and if we go variable, every member will be given the choice. Because the change in return will never apply to our current contract, yes that's right, contract. When you join break the drought you are given an expiry date and a maturity amount.

If and when we become a variable rate program, it will be a means of adding to the life of BTD, and securing a substantial profit into the future. It will be your option to renew on a variable rate, or not.

In no way will it affect any current contracts. We are not about to bully you into anything, I will promise you this, we will go the distance.

T agree with you HYIPDoctor2, Breakthedrought is definately a must be in program. You can't get it put much simpler than Pete's post. All of the cards are on the table.

Personally I am totally pleased with this program and I am working my way to have weekly payments coming it.

I am definately in this for the long haul.

Here is a man who backs his conviction, what a member. I am really happy to see my post of last night so well received, it sure makes my job a lot easier, knowing that the members can see how much I want this to be a long term program, and being prepared to work with me towards a future.

I'm unsure about the 5% bonus.
If a member for example put in $100 then each month only took profit and redeposited the $100 am I right that after 7 months the member would get 150% for the month? Then 155% the next month?
Is that how the 5% bonus works?

I will try to the best of my ability to explain this: I have taken this from a post Pete made on another forum:


Now that is only if you rolled over the total amount.

So the first spend is 120% for 30 days, each spend after that is 125%

As you can see this will enable more for the long term, however if it is needed the rate is variable, meaning that the rate can decrease, but once the rate is set on spend, that is the rate that is honored for that 30 days.

Now that I have totally confused you, and probably myself, I am sure Pete will be along later and explain it more clearly if needed.

@ Peach, as the situation stands at the moment:
Ist round that you spend to, returns a profit of 20%, or 120% ROI.

The next round that you spend into, your return jumps by 5% to 25% or 125% ROI.
After this jump in percentage, you stay at 125% ROI.

As Dorky said, if and when we go to variable payouts, existing spends will not be affected, only your next round of spends.

As an example: You have $100 in the program, first time around, you can expect a return of $120.00 after 30 days.

If you have been in a previous round, and respent: You can expect $125.00 return for your $100.00.

When we become variable: existing contracts will be honoured at the contracted rate, future spends will be at a variable rate. This rate will probably be between 115% and 125% ROI, depending on the outcome of the month's trading.

Absolutely correct, your contract term will be 30 days, you will be notified before you spend what you can expect, for instance 15-30% permonth.
This change will also be some time off.

Additionally, all second time round spenders will still get a premium bonus, to entice you to stay in the program.

How do I join? The first step is to email me at admin@breakthedrought.net by return email you will receive instructions on direct depositing to our e-gold account. As complicated as this sounds it allows both you an I to sleep at night knowing that the funds are safe.

I have been giving this program a good deal of thought in light of the member being somewhat in control of their own funds. I really am impressed with they way this is set up. Once you have you funds in place, there is no changing the terms of that spend in mid-stream. That way we are still in control and know when we will receive our monies back.

Honestly, you can't get it any better than that. Good straight forward, down the line program, with an admin to match my I add.

Global I am also working on getting one more spend in here, and that way I will get paid every week. Easypeasy.

I just love to see our members coming back.

We're only little, but growing everyday, I could never have dreamed that a profitable program would be so easy to manage. I guess this has a lot to do with our members, and their satisfaction level.

Managing a program with my other tasks kept me away from being an admin for a long time, the support of members is making my job a joy, and I guess, as we are paying (and will continue to), our member base will be as happy as I am right now.

I have a lot of members to thank, I won't name you, you know who you are.

I have certainly made myself at home here, and I am pleased to say that I now have 4 spends, so I am able to be paid every week. Pete runs a straight ship. A1 customer service and I love the idea of no midstream sudden changes, when you upgrade you know what the rate and term will be before you spend.

Honestly you can't get fairer than that. I read on another thread somewhere, talking about admins, that "he who holds the gold controls." I agree they do, but it depends on who is holding the gold. In this case we have the right man for the job.

Pete, I noticed an update with firefox about a week ago, my memory fades me, but I noticed I had some problems with it, and I searched on a forum somewhere and came across some others and the recommendation seemed to be that Java version 6 was causing the problems.. so I found it, uninstalled it. Rebooted, and don't seem to have any problems.. Maybe it is worth a try..

instead of just 1 month 1 time lump sum payment?

With yours and Pete reply I now understand how the 5% works. I was a little concerned as I thought it meant an increase of 5% each month!!
Maybe I read it wrong?!! I am happy it only rises to 125% and does not keep going up.

It is pleasing to know that the deal made for a deposit is binding and any further deposits are paid at the quote at the time. There is nothing worse then the % changing mid term.
IMO any site that offers 144%+ is a game. This can not be sustained long term. 120-125% can be sustained long term with the help of fresh deposits and some outside income.
I like the idea of no back office for hackers to enter through.

I read that Pete has been here at MMG for some time as is well respected. Some of his posts are fantastic.
From my reading I have learned that "Trust" is of most importance to members both here and in other threads. The concept of depositing money to just a person who I only know by first name and with no site attached takes getting used to. But, Pete is clearly trusted here by MMG members and that is a good sign for any potential investor.

I'll address a matter concerning the weekly increments rather than large lumps.
Dorky was correct in saying that it makes the program easier to manage, and safer, safer because with an even spread of funds coming in I have an even spread of funds going out, it gives me time to plan.
As most of you know, I am against rapid growth, I want it to be slow and steady, just as I need to be seen as reliable by you, I need the end users of the money to feel the same confidence.

If growth is steady, it saves me from having to close the program to new members, just to get my housekeeping in order.
