In a glance, I own a small workshop mainly producing iron and steel fences, gates, doors, cages, garden chairs, etc. recently, bigger deals are coming. But I cannot accept it due to lack of capital.

My proposal is, I want to share my profit with you while in other hand helping myself to be able to handle larger deal. the project I offering you is many, but for the start, I only open for 1 project.

The site may look not too pleasing to the eye. What can I say, I'm a blacksmith not a webdesigner. But after the first project done, I'll hire a proffesional webdesigner to make a decent website.


I may not be online too often because I spend most of my time in the workshop but I will always online once a day to answer all your questions.

Current Project:

Recently, an old friend of mine which is now working in the police department asks me if I’m capable of building 150 beds (a two-story-bed usually for use in army’s barrack) for their new-build police academy barracks. The time frame is 3 months. With small addition to the workforce I have now, I’ll be able to it. The problem is, I don’t have enough capital to buy the raw material which is H-beam iron scraps.

This is my proposal to you:

I would ask you to lend me a loan so that we can have this great deal. The buyer is willing to pay a down payment of 10% of the total price. I estimated, the project worth around $15.000 with capital of $9.000 at most (price will depend on the raw material value at the moment of buying, usually ranging between $0.2 - $0.3 / Kg)

In summary:

Project worth : $15,000

Deposit accepted : $9,000

Profit estimated : $6,000

Profit Sharing : 50:50 paid monthly,

Payment Date : 30 days after deposit (50% of your deposit)

60 days after deposit (50% of your deposit)

90 days after deposit (33% of your deposit)



Minimum Investment : $100/unit

Capital collecting closing date : February 25th, 2007

Processing period : 3 month with approx. 50 beds per month

Profit given : 33% (not include your capital)
