Mr manley I prefer e-gold. However since i was going to reinvest my deposit plus profit(which was around 525 total after profit on my deposit) could you just "reinvest" the whole thing(principal plus profit) for another month? This way you don't have to move it into e-gold only for me to reinvest it back.

Its pretty obvious that they wouldn't stand a chance of that happening. I wish you wouldn't keep promoting that "processor".

I don't 'promote' CEPTrust as there's nothing in it for me. But they are prompt, efficient, and relatively inexpensive. And they are in the licensure process.

If it is 'obvious' that they won't be approved, then call me clueless because, ImAWinner, I do not see what you see. I still say that I do not know whether they will be approved or not and I know that you are not positive of the same. The 'obvious' which you speak upon goes over my head. Perhaps, I am too short? <LOL>

Nonetheless, I use them EVERY single day for the past 5 months and have experienced no problems what so ever.

No downtime because there is no web site to hack or get technical glitches; never missed a payment in 4 months; customer service is grand; and 3 realistic plans to profit upon.

After the e-gold indictment, Manley took all of the e-gold and put it into CEPTrust. In addition, he is asking the CELLCFund members which alternative payment method they would prefer (check by postal mail, CEPTrust, etc?) to be paid. He also wrote that if you would like e-gold, then there will be a slight delay since he would first have to put the e-gold into the CELLCFund account and then pay you after the e-gold has arrived.

Another option we are looking into is a CELLCFund debit card. Some of the features we will require are:

* Issued globally and powered by a major financial institution
* Instant access to cash at any U.S. A. and many international ATMs
* Order online and receive the card in a few days
* Online access to check balance and statements
* Instant card-to-card transfers to receive CELLCFund payments and to make CELLCFund deposit
* Transfers from card to bank account
* any other features we should be looking at?

CEPTrust stopped taking e-gold exchanges.

Please do not 'elaborate' on the statement in order that we may keep focus on CELLCFund. Speculative comments about CEPTrust will not change the fact that CELLCFund will continue to use CEPTrust until facts dictate that the decision to use CEPTrust is not conducive to positive CELLCFund business dealings.

Right now, CEPTrust will continue to be used for CELLCFund payments for those who want that option.

Manley, other options which we can look at are AlertPay and e-Builion. I have accounts with both of these companies. AlertPay no longer uses e-gold but bank wires and checks are a coupla options.

I believe that Manley has been flexible in allowing those who were paid with e-gold to either continue being paid with e-gold, or to opt for alternative payment methods. The only requirement is that you contact manley either via his yahoo email address or simply PM him with the details.

If you opt to get paid with e-gold, you will experience slight delays since he doesn't keep any funds in e-gold as a precautionary measure.

Ceptrust processor paid me several times since March, they never had a delay. So I want to use Ceptrust for a money transfer to Cellcfund which have been showing during the last months to be a serious opportunity and no gambling place

CEP is a company with a family of successful programs that many in CELLCFund and in MMG as well as offline has made loads of cash. Search MMG for more info.

Yes, COF is Chariots of Fire who appears to be in wait mode at this point. I have a personal interest there but nonetheless the waiting is just the risk and cost of doing business with them. Hopefully everything will fare well with them.

Now what other program allows the mention of other programs in their threads? We do because we know that we are a most excellent program and we do not have any reservations about one choosing to diversify his/her porfolio.

I am pleased that you have taken the initiative to perform your own due diligence of CELLCFund by sending someone out to meet Manley. He will probably take them on a tour of his 3 locations (Spartanburg, Greenville, and Easley) and his new auto paint store. I will be in the office at the paint store since they just made room for me to actually work in house.

No other program that I am aware of has a 'brick and mortar' company and invite prospects and members to visit the same. We are a very legitimate entity and will be around for time to come. No hiccups -- just profits ...

Sorry to keep banging on away at payment methods but could you clarify what payment processors you accept? Is AP & e-bullion an option as well as CEPT?

I'll tell you guys what. Since Manley is soooo busy running the business, it is rather difficult for him to put in as much time and effort as I have in the past. So, I'm back!

I will be at Manley's Auto Paint Store in a coupla hours. I will then lasso him in to discuss this and come up with a final decision for you all by this evening.

Manley, if you are around right now or if you read this before I get into the store, IceGold can indeed be used to buy e-gold. It normally takes no more than 3 days to get our e-gold into the CELLCFund e-gold account after a wire transfer has taken place. Just get enough to pay the outstanding e-gold member payments plus the ones which are due in the next week.

I am reluctant to make the above solution a permanent solution particularly when IceGold was named in the indictment. We don't want to get stuck in the middle of an exchange and have CELLCFund cash seized enroute to ourr e-gold account. I hope you understand. After all, it is your money.

I know that Manley was working on a Debit card solution but I am not sure where he is with that option.

I highly recommend that after we announce the new payment options, that you all use those options rather than e-gold.

If you are in a hurry to get your funds, then request a check via US Postal mail. If you have a Wachovia Bank account, then we can immediately transfer the money directly to your bank account. Another quick option is US Money Orders via Western Union. But you will have to foot the fees on that option.

Of course, another option is to use your payments due to provide CELLCFund with another loan. This would require no expense or work on your behalf. But that, too is your choice.

Glad to be back in the fold of CELLCFund.

It's been some time since I popped by this thread - have been out of MMG for a break.
Would like to find out what the current status with cellcfund is - still keen on participating.
Are you still taking in e-gold deposits?

Yes, CELLCFund is performing fine and dandy. The biggest thing on our plate now is finalizing our approach to payment options. See post directly above yours.

Since we haven't found any exchanger who will buy the e-gold from us, your e-gold deposits would simply sit in the CELLCFund e-gold not making any cash for Car Rental Express or CELLCFund members.

If anyone knows of any e-gold exchangers who are still buying e-gold, then let me know. Icegold isn't and thebuilionexchange isn't. Also there are a few guys popping up who claims that they can help with this but they have no history thus I cannot take that type of risk with your money.

But we are accepting US Money Orders by postal mail and CEPTrust. In addition we still are paying by check and CEPTrust.

Why are you asking what outexchangers work, omnipay works fine the whole time the one that manley says he has been verified with.

Remember that I have been out of the loop for some time now. I am catching up so I can take over CELLCFund again. I spoke with Manley and we spoke about out exchanges and guess what? He never mentioned Omnipay once in our conversation. So knowledge by osmosis eludes me, my friend. <LOL>

Do you use OmniPay to get cash for your e-gold? How effective are they? What about the fees? Any minimum and maximum amounts for out exchanges? How long does it take to receive the cash? Remember when the money is out of CELLCFund's hands, then we cannot use the money to profit upon.

Since I am back, things will operate in the same speedy fashion as it did in the pre-Manley days. No offense Manley, but you have not the time to run 3 car rental stores AND an auto paint shop AND spend time with your family.

I'm making CELLCFund decisions now and Manley will stick with Car Rental Express.

We will have funds in e-gold by mid next week.

Everyone who requested a check or CEPTrust funds have been paid and will continue being paid.

I will wait till end of next week which means 15 (45 days term) days overdue....Manley said he would breakdown the daily interest and add it to the overdue egold payment that will be made...I hope this is still the case...read back a few posts if you have not come across this, I hope this promise will at least be kept as I dont think the 10 days promise were kept...

Personally, I rather reinvest it back into Cellfund before you wind up sending me a check and I wind up sending the money back to you anyway. I'm also in Plan B as well.

LEt me tell you what is happening. I, too have not been involved with CELLCFund in the past month. Today is my first REAL, OFFICIAL day back.

If I would have known that Manley was having difficulties keeping up with payments, then I would have been prepared for this. Manley told me nothing about being so busy that he neglected the most important member benefit of all -- getting paid.

What I don't understand is if folks were not getting paid in a timely manner, then why did they not PM Manley at manleymonroe when their payments were late? If I was a lender, I would have most definitely contacted CELLCFund to figure out what is going on with my payments.

Now that I am thrown into the mist of this unwanted situation, here is what I DO know:

CELLCFund is healthy and financially sound
CELLCFund has funds even though the funds were all taken out of e-gold and some put into CEPTrust and the rest into the bank (not a good move)
CELLCFund WILL have e-gold by end of next week and all outstanding e-gold folks will be paid by end of next week with additional interest
CELLCFund has a little egg on its face because of its principal's lack of attention to important details
CELLCFund will from now on be caught up in payments. Why? Because Faith is back.

Zeus, right in the middle of my composing this email, I spoke with Manley. He said that everyone is caught up. I asked him if he was sure. Of course not. Darn! So he said he'll Fed Ex a check out to you tomorrow. I told him that this Fed Ex business he has been doing to make up for his 'not paying attention to pay dates' is expensive and defeats the purposes of Car Rental Express making money. I told him that you didn't want the check. You just want to roll it over into Plan A again. Boy oh boy! No more overnight Fed Ex payments will be done ever again while I am at the wheel of CELLCFund.

It appears that Manley put more service and support emphasis on our offline lenders while failing you, my online lenders. We'll get that rectified right away.

Zeus, your roll over will have the correct date associated with it and you will receive a confirmation email for your records.

Please guys, give me a week to get back on track here. I will check the database to make sure that all loans were indeed entered into the database and that Manley didn't create some kind of pseudo-ancient-tracking system outside of the database I set up.

Discussions are theory.
What concerns e-gold I cannot sell my e-gold anymore and bring it to my bank account in Europe. There are wolves outside that exchange e-gold to $ like 45 to 55 !
This is why I keep to the wonderful and reliable CEPtrust. (just an experience from little investor)
