metelis, That was specified on the first page in this thread AND it was written in the detailed CELLCFund information I sent you AND it is specified in the confirmation emails that I send out.

Why is this necessary?

Because Car Rental Express actually use the money to turn a profit. If it was possible to turn a 100% profit in 3 months, then we wouldn't hold the funds. But since the money is loaned into a real business, the asset has to purchased and then it takes time to gain cash.

So, if you deposit $100 in Plan B for 150% return in 90 days, here is how it works.

1. You deposit $100 on Day 1
2. You receive $50 after 90 days
3. We hold principal of $100 for 90 more days
4. At end of 180 days, you receive $50 ADDITIONAL interest + your $100 principal back

So you receive $200 on a $100 loan after 180 days. That, my friend is A LOT of money. Now if you want 200% in 3 days, then go check out the closed section of this forum and see how many of those 'games' crashed and burned in 2 days and ran off with your money.

We are not in their category by any means. We are a REAL business which needs realistic times to profit.


If anyone tells you differently, then they may be using other lender's funds to pay existing members. That, my friend, we will not do. We do not need additional members to pay you.

But Plan A (14%) may be more suitable for those who want to get quicker profits. But the ROI, of course is lower.

1. You deposit $100 on Day 1
2. You receive $114 after 30 days which includes your initial $100 loan.
3. We do NOT hold the principal in Plan A

All we need is:

1. Your Loan
2. Time To Acquire Assets
3. Time To Make a Profit for Both Car Rental Express and You.

I would like to share something with everyone here. On 1 occasion here and twice in another forum and just now via PM, this question was asked:

If Car Rental Express is a REAL business and it is using funds from CELLCFund for asset acquisition, then why doesn't Mr. Manley Christian use a conventional bank for financing? After all, the cost of the loan is cheaper than 14% a month.

I am going to address this now but I will draw from my direct experience as a real estate buyer/flipper/landlord. I did this for a few years and found out that the excitement of property was not in my blood but I'm slowly rejuvenating that small part of me for fun.

There are always business reasons for creative financing.

Here is an example which I can relate to since in a former life, I sold and rented or flipped real estate. The same thing holds true for vehicles.

Do a google search and you will find loads of folks called "Hard Money Lenders" that folks in real estate use for quick cash.

When I purchased my first investment home, the banks were calling me for mortgage loans as my FICO score in my credit history was almost blemish-free. When I purchased the 2nd home, the same thing. So now my debt/equity ratio has increased. Thus the credit reporting bureaus see this and their formula decreases the FICO score automatically. No sweat, it still is good.

So I purchased the third home (note: I also had a mortgage out already on my private home, so this is the third property), so now it is getting a tad difficult to get good rates from the greedy lenders who once knocked on my door. Never fear, some banks are still willing.

Okay, now with 4 mortgages, things are getting a little tighter. On the verge of selling the first home but the deal hasn't closed so, the credit watchers still kept a tight rein on my FICO score. Hey, I figured if Donald Trump doesn't care about debt why should I? He uses leverage in ALL of his dealings. Shoots! He had 13 mortgages on one of his casinos/hotels and filed bankruptcy and didn't care. Why? Because he used it simply as leverage and drew out the cash in order to do other lucrative deals. He walked away unscathed. I guess I ain't no Donald Trump. I'd be lucky to get 3 mortgages on one piece of property.

So you get my drift?

So I then considered purchasing another property (all of this within months), now the banks are getting all antsy and holier than thou about things. I'm paying ALL of my mortgages; no new blemishes appearing in my credit history. One automobile is paid off, the other is paid on time every month. I hate credit cards but I have them just to show activity, etc etc. So now they are asking me dumb questions like do you have a fulltime job? No, I don't and didn't when I received my first loan. Why is it relevant any how? That is that conventional thinking which comes into play ONLY when it is convenient for them.

So, I spoke with a realtor associate of mine who referred me to a "Hard Money Lender". Their rates are ASTRONOMICAL (Just like the CELLCFund lenders)! But the loan was a short-term, no documentation required type of loan. They provide the cash in a coupla days -- not 30 days like the conventional guys.

Why would a hard money lender be willing to take a risk on me?

The requirements were to submit information such as where the property was located, how much rehab costs and other expenses i would incur, etc. After I was able to convince them of the appraisal value and potential future value based upon the economics of in the proximity of the property, and they searched public records etc, etc, they either sent someone on a plane to meet me to see the property OR they had a local contact who met with me to inspect/walk-through the property.

Now that they were satisfied, I fill out a half-page form and get a short-term loan for no more than 3-6 months at an astronomical rate, but guess what? The profit we BOTH made on the deals were WIN-WIN!

Another thing according to Manley is that the paperwork involved and their request for him to put much of his assets up for collateral and other such nonsense simply turns him off and he feels as I do that one should not have to beg for a loan from someone who too profits in the end game.

Banks are pretty much on your side in the sunshine and they will give you whatever you want after you have jumped through their hoops. But have one rainy business day, and they want to call in the loan. Senseless action because this is when a business most need them.

There are always folks (me included) who see something which doesn't 'make sense' only because we are looking inside a pre-drawn box for the masses. Look outside the box because that is how the real world works for those who are privy to INFORMATION. Those who believe in the pre-drawn box for the masses get locked down or limited. Those who look outside the box (i.e., creative financing) are the most successful.

Research any of the successful entrepreneurs particularly the serial entrepreneurs and you will see what I mean. They didn't get to the top by using conventional bank loans or cash. Keep your cashflow (something i learned while in real estate) and use leverage.

In addition, Manley does indeed have other funding sources of which I know at least one is equivalent to a Hard (well not so hard, maybe Moderate) Money Lender. The analogy is that CELLCFund's lenders are the Hard Money Lenders for Car Rental Express.

I'd like to thank the MMGer whose PM gave me the incentive to recount my experience and share the same with you.

It's niced to be missed faith..I appreciate that. I thought that was a very good example and it makes since to me. I also had a similar problem when I ran up a $5000.00 unsecured note at the bank for a buisness venture of my own and I didn't plan for some things and of coarse needed some more money. It was very hard for me to get what I needed.

I did get it, but my family suffered some during the time it took for me to get the money. It shouldnt be that hard for good people with nothing bad against them. So I think I understand what your saying.

I have always been 'unconventional' in my approach to life so this fits right in.

Hi again, just want to share a praise report and let you all know what the doctors are now saying about my grandmothers` condition. They say, she`s doing fine. We are just waiting for her to wake up from her rest. You know I had to jump for joy, thanking God for all that He is; Wonderful, Mighty, Holy-----< the list goes on > For the benefit of those who don`t know: My grandmother HAD a massive heart attack this past Sunday while I and my daugther Janae ( her 2 month old great granddaugther) were visiting. She was rushed to the nearest hospital via ambulance and listed as critical in I.C.U. Since Sunday until now, she has been there. Up until this time all the doctors could say were mostly negatives, not breathing on her own, only able to use 20% of heart, weak heart / muscle damage, liver and lung problem, maybe some damage to the brain / not enough oxygen getting to the brain, blood infected, pain, not responding... but her vital signs basically remained stable, Glory to God! Thank God for His Word and for people who believe in that Word... My grandmother is alive and not dead! ( or as the doctors have said, she`s doing fine. Just waiting for her to wake up! )
