Just wondering why you never bothered addressing this question that was asked in the TG thread? Good question. Yet you got very defensive and even wanted to have TG remove the entire thread.

Could it be that this "Christian" fellow is not really a legal and licensed business man? Which might explain why he's willing to dish out a 200% roi instead of 10-15% from a bank?

If that's the case, then that doesn't necessarily mean that the admin has an intention to scam, but this is no different than an illegal hyip, which you're touting as being a legit business.

Sorry, but this to me sounds like a ponzi, masked as a "legit" corporation, much like the MLM's who tout the "writing short articles" gig, but are really just well disguised pyramid schemes... but that's admittedly just my theory.

I find it rather interesting that since shipdlt is against the 'games' you participate in that now you feel comfortable enough using his post to justify some type of ulterior motive.

None the less, let me address your questions/concers as that is what I do.

So, let me write while I read above.

1. Manley Christian is a legal and licensed business man. Go to http://www.betterbusinessbureau.org. There you will search for Car Rental Express. You can also search for Christian Enterprises, LLC. In addition, you can VISIT any of the 3 Car Rental Express locations in Greenville, Spartanburg, and Easley, South Carolina, USA. ALL addresses and business operate during normal business hours. There you will ALSO find the telephone number and address of the main location. David, if you would have read the first post of this thread, there you would find the telephone number where you can speak with him voice to voice.

So business legitimacy question was answered. If not, call and/or come visit sometime.

It appears that you only had 1 question which I thoroughly answered. Oh, you asked about the TG forum and why I am not interested in promoting CELLCFund via that venue. Because, there is a member there who occupies much to much of my time by not really asking questions but challenging me on the Ponzi/HYIP/scam angle. He is an anti-scam anti-HYIP person and I actually commend him for his stance. But to accuse CELLCFund of being in that category with no proof to back up such a claim is indeed his prerogative but is not mandated that I continue to participate in that line of questioning.

No matter how many times I offered to have him speak with Manley Christian, he ignored it. Yet he continued with his redundant accusations. I don't mind that as we all have the right to speak and write. When the question was asked HERE and not on TalkGold by ImAWinner as to why Manley is willing to go this particular route to seek out lenders rather than go the traditional route, I did indeed answer it. Go back a few pages.

ImAWinner asked the question about traditional lenders in THIS form and NOT in TG, my friend. I answered him by suggesting he ask Manley that question himself. I have a good memory. He opted not to. I am human and do not have all of the answers. So guess what happened?

ImAWinner communicated with me via PM. If you go back maybe 2-3 pages, you will see that ImAWinner was satisfied with our communications and wrote the same.

I do whatever I can to answer ALL questions.

Now, for those of you who are reading this. I want to give you a 'little' background information as to why one would suddenly come into the CELLCFund thread to attempt to challenge me on unfounded grounds. It is acceptable to challenge one another and it is particularly acceptable and required to challenge CELLCFund. All we will do here is to present the facts. No emotional tirades. No half-baked top of the head created scenarios. Nothing on par with rocket science. Just the truth.

But davidscript is an advocate of a 'game' site where the admin isn't too particular about my pointed technical questions. He is a supporter and that is perfectly fine. I am not a supporter. So why not agree to disagree without vindictiveness?

But the interesting and telling thing is that in that 'game' program, supporters and principals, found it appropriate to NOT answer the questions I presented while at the same time continue day to day with contradictory and unethical behaviours.

So, david, would you like to speak with Manley to answer that last question? The telephone number is on the first post of this thread.

It cannot be a PONZI as the funds are being used to acquire additional assets as stated repetitively. We do not have thousands or even hundreds of members. That in itself nullifies any accusations of being a PONZI. A PONZI requires that more and more members join who deposit more and more cash in order to pay the first ones in. If we did not have another lender sign up today in CELLCFund, guess what? CELLCFund still will stand.

If you would like to continue talking about the legalities of the game you are in and how it differ from CELLCFund, why not us be civilized and discuss this voice to voice or by PM. Then with your assistance, I will summarize our conversation and post it here? Is that agreeable to you?

Actually I posted one positive time... maybe 2... in the IM thread, so I'm not sure if that really makes me a "supporter." I could have been just posting becuase of the some of the injustice and hypocrisy I've been seeing, and you better believe I'm gonna speak out against such hypocrisy, spammers, and phonies (not saying you are) whether I support a particular program or not.

Now that we cleared that up... shipdit raised some interesting points that never were addressed and still aren't. Basically there are two camps here: he knows ponzis are illegal so he's agaisnt them... I, however, know that ponzis are illegal but don't care. I say, "sure they're illegal, but if you wanna play, know what they're about and play them wisely." I respect his opinion even though we disagree, becuase he doesn't camp out in threads trolling all day like some other anit-ponzi advocates.

I did not call mr chrisitan, but I checked 411 against the 864-346-8002 number and could not get a listing because it was a cell phone. So I then checked the address at 3206 White Horse Rd Greenville, SC 29611 for a number and found out the number was 864-220-1265. I called it and sure enough someone anwsered and said, "Car Rental Express how can I help you?" then I told them I dialed the wrong number.

I still was not happy so faith emailed me her number and we discussed this further. Believe me david that call was worth my time and money. This company has a good person handling the comunications for their program. She is not only nice but also well educated. Faith anwsered every question I had. I then sent them some money.

To be perfectly honest, just a phone call doesn't mean squat. Just becuase the guy is running a rental car "business" doesn't mean he's doing it legtimately, which is the way it's being touted here. Some one needs to actually call him and ask him why he's not takng a loan from a bank, which is what a normal legal business would do, but instead choses to promote his "business" in the hyip arena and willing to pay out 200% roi instead of the much much smaller bank interest.

Hi musiclady. I finally got back in from dinner 2 hrs late since I ended up in a residential ditch. Never knew they existed. But I made a California U-turn in Greenville, SC in front of a house in a quiet residential neighborhood.

Guess what? There was a divet (is that a word?) in front of the home, and on the immediate left where my left tire ended was one of those big round tubes/pipes surrounded by concrete. So the more I rev'd the engine the more rubber I smelled since I was now stabilized precariously on only 1 tire. Now I can out maneuver snow and ice pre.valent in Chicago, Michigan, New York, Michigan but this one threw me for a loop. Called a tow truck; turned up my music and waited. Finally, short of $80 + $20 tip and 2 hours later, I am in the comfort of my abode. How Fun! But I'm still laughing and smiling.

The meal was only $48. I should've called a friend who could cook, eh?

I've been in SC for all of 6 months with no 'real' snow or ice and end up stuck in a residential driveway with my tire surrounded by concrete and round circular thingies which should be underground with a weak version of street lights. <LOL>

But it too shall pass and it did.

Thank you david and your are absolutely right. A phone number means squat with the ease of portability these days. BBB doesn't indicate that it is a GOOD business but it does indicate that the business has been operating x number of years with no bbb complaints for whatever that is worth.

But if you choose not to call and you choose not to visit, then how can Manley answer your questions? Are you truly after the 'real' answer? Those were rhetorical questions with no expected answer, David.

There are a whole plethhora of reasons one can speculate upon, but a phone or a real visit will at least give your the opportunity to pose your questions to the principal.

I am going to have to end here and say, I am at a loss as to what other option I can offer you.

Let me throw this out to you: If I am able to answer your questions to the level in which you 'expect' an answer, are you interested in becoming a lender or is this all a 'who is the big man in the sandbox' conquest?

Calling or not calling is something better contemplated during business hours where there is at least someone there to answer your call if you indeed decide to call. < So no need to labor over this thought, the person who feels the need, JUST DO IT! as Faith and others indicated. Don`t waste time with speculations.

A smart businessman isn't gonna run a business with a plan to pay 200% back to his lenders in 6 months, lol. Show me one successful legit business that borrows money against those returns. I didn't see any rates at 200% on prosper.com. They would think the person asking for that return was out of their mind.

But I can certainly think of a whole slew of hyip ponzis who tried the "backed by a legit source of income" angle and we all know where they ended up. In fact, there was one touting that they customized automobiles not too long ago... can't remember the name.

A "businessman" who attempts to try and turn a profit against an "asset acquisition" that costly isn't a businessman I would trust with my money... especially one who's supposedly been in business for 4 years and needs to now borrow from lenders in the hyip arena?

Now if he's gonna use part of the money for his business venture to try and turn a profit and part of the money to pay back his lenders, that would make more sense, and I personally see nothing wrong with that... but then that makes it a ponzi, or at least a partial ponzi (illegal), and not a legit business, now doesn't it?

I would just give a real life example that I went through with a traditional bank. I recently received a personal loan from a well known financial company in the usa. My interest rate is 19% for 5 years. I was told that because my credit was good, I got the best rate available for personal loans(and I did check out several other lenders and all were 18% and above for personal loans). So, loaning money from people at 14% per month isn't too bad of a deal considering the rate I received. It is abundantly clear that these two have no intentions of doing any real dd, their sole purpose is to cause panic and unrest among current members. They could simply make a call and ask all the questions they please, but have already said they're not going to do that. Anyone who has doubts in any program is urged to do their own dd. Enough information has been provided here to make a good informed decision and if it isn't enough, you can always call the man in charge in SC and ask for even more info.

David ( davidscript ), I don`t know about your schedule, but that sounds like a good deal. What more could you ask for? I have one more question to ask you. So you think what Mr. Christian is doing is not smart. For himself or the lenders? I haven`t read in this post where any lenders who were due to receive their payment NOT receive their payment as planned. Not only that, you can see something of Mr. Christian`s generosity in that he sent out payments earlier than expected - I mean immediately sharing the profits with the lenders of the CELLCFund Secure Private Loan Program. Wow! I`ve worked for some employers who barely want to give you your paycheck when it`s due ( they go on vacation and forget to do payroll etc.)
So, what really are your concerns if what Mr. Christian is doing is not wrong? Lol, I've reserved my spot here in case it went private prior to me being able to deposit much, much more in the very near future, as I have paydays from other private programs coming in very soon(even with that said, you only have slightly more that me at this point). Your post proves my point, thank you. You whine and complain about the legitamacy of CellCfund and then admit that you have no intentions of doing any real dd by contacting Mr. Christian. By the way, if you want to throw numbers around, I'm more than sure that I've got at least 5 times more invested in online investments than you, so don't even try to talk down to people based on their investment(by the end of the month, go check out the COF thread if you think I'm lying). And yes, I call it an investment because I don't play with ponzies like many, I'm in 5 programs currently all, with the exception of one, provides proof/or can provide proof of where the money is going and the one that can't has been around for 3 years now. I would suggest picking up the phone and making a call rather than trying to cause distrust and fear. If you would call and still have concerns, I would love if those concerns were posted for everyone to see and comment on as that would benefit many; but, with no call, obviously that can't happen.

Aaaargh, what a morning already. I am developing an application for Car Rental Express (yes, my profession is web-based technology and yes, I love this stuff), and this one block of logic is driving me insane.

Decided to take a break from it for 20 minutes or so.

In any case, let us keep things low-key and mellow. I believe that we can put this particular conversation to bed and keep this area open for announcements, support and other administrative matters.

All of you are indeed appreciated as lenders in CELLCFund. And those who are not, it is alright for them to read the happenings going on here and ask questions as they deem fit.

One of the reasons why I am here is to take the good along with the bad ... the simple along with the most difficult.

Again, any questions are welcome as they relate to CELLCFund and I will continue to do my best to get them answered.
