I just turned my case over to a collection agency. I doubt I will get much back. I think that he lost all his reserves in investing in HYIPS. Well I should say he lost our money with bad investments. Puts a new twist on the old saying never invest money you can't afford to lose.

Of course I could be wrong and his whole life could be going down the tubes. If that is the case then I will just have to stand in line with my begging hand out saying, "please judge, my I have some of the left overs". I (and we) will have to take the last place in line with our unsecured personal loans.

I'm not out for revenge, just out to protect me and mine.

Here is an update.
I engaged Abraham Roth. A collection agency in New York. The agency did their job well. I was contacted by a lawyer who represented Manley C. The lawyer said he didn't trust the collection agency and asked if he could send the payment to me. My internet was down at the time so I could not contact the collection agency for advice so I agreed to the payment. He said it would come to me overnight. It didn't. It turns out that Manley failed to show up with the check until the next day. The lawyer called me again and said it wold come the next day. I was very pleased when it did come by Fed Ex the next day.

I was very happy until the collection agency called up and asked what was going on. It turned out that lawyer made an over the phone agreement with the agency which they then promptly ignored and tried to cut them out of the deal by contacting me directly. So now it looks like I was double dealing too.
Boy I wish I had never ever heard of Cellcfund.
But at least I was paid another 1000 dollars, even tho 300 went to the collection agency.

I don't see how I can help anyone any more in this thread. You've seen how i did it, if its worth the hassle go for it.

Wonder if Manley's car rental business is still in business. I often wonder what went wrong with this program as I really believe it was started with good intentions. I wonder if Manley fell victim to the hyip world?
