I talked to Manley yesterday. He still plans to pay but I wish he would come back here and let people know what is going on. He says only 7 people are still waiting to be paid out and yes, that would be the ones that loand the larger amounts.

The problem is he's been saying the same thing for weeks now. I think most stopped believing him long ago.

I just hope everyone remembers this when he comes along with his next plan.

After all this time I've got a hunch you've seen the last of Manley and if you haven't been paid by now, you're probably not going to be.

We know where he lives, we know the address of his biz. This not like a hyip scam. This guy can't run and hide. He's ignoring us because we let him get away with it. Well its time to start making his life miserable.
I hate to be the bad guy. I have been tempted to just let it slide. In fact I have just let it slide. But I think that my check has been turned enough. Ive forgiven the offender more then three times over and now I feel totally justified for the actions I'm about to take.
Its cage rattling time. Lets see what kind of rat falls out.

Pursuing this legally is probably the only thing that will prevent him from doing the same thing to other unsuspecting people somewhere down the road and it's likely to be the only chance those of you still owed money have of ever seeing it again.

And you're right - he's only doing this because he knows (or at least thinks) he can. It's time to show him that he's wrong.

my plan A was paid back but without any profit MR Manley M. Christian said it would roll over to my plan B


My plan B has rolled over and rolled over since the initial investment MR Manley M. Christian has never paid back and his promises -seems to be without any substance - to me

Well I think its time to pay back and even compensate us for all this trouble and time consuming cmatter as i and my fellow cell-mates have experienced from MR Manley M. Christian... the manner to make endless of excuses, to hide and make emthy promises dont make any sence to us any longer.

Ok, I know I have not had communication here in quite a while, but all seven of the remaining loan accounts will be paid. As of 1:00 EST I have sent out the two checks promised to eager and mjst.

Over the last month we have had a few financial difficulties but I will work through them and everyone will be paid. No collection agency is needed. I will work on getting together a weekly payout plan for the remaining seven accounts and will post all the amounts and dates on the net by 12:00PM EST Monday. I will make all these consistent in order to complete loan repayment as soon as possible.

Collection agencies have contacted me for a preliminary discussion of my problems. Manley has emailed me twice. Says I'll get paid Tuesday. We'll see.

If it is only 7 payments to make then i would be in that group , wouldn't I ?

well...again false promise...last week camed and passed...and still no payment

I have contacted a collection agency in New York and given Manley a deal line.
I have also registered a complaint with the Better Business Bureau of Greenville South Carolina.

Mainly has three businesses that can be traced at the Better Business Bureau. I called two of them and they both said that he was not normally there, try the other location.
Manly has not replied to my deadline email and his phone answering machine has been full for several months.

I called his telephone with no effect. I called the Car rental place he wasn't there. I called his other car rental place he wasn't there. I sent him an email saying if I don't here from you the next message from me will be thru my collection agency. I sent the message thru the MMG PM system as well. About a week later (after the deadline i had set) he sent a one line message. "Payment sent". Its been over a week and no payment has reached me.

I would have been happy and given him more time if he had even given me $10.00 but nothing, zip, nada.

What more could I have done. I ask you haven't I been forgiving, kind, friendly, professional, even stern but fair. I told myself that if I was in trouble how would I feel. So I gave him more time. But now I Have to kind my word or everything is meaningless.

I just want to remind everyone that he owes you the initial investment plus the interest CALCULATED UNTIL THE DAY HE PAYS YOU and not just some token amount....if you file suit agianst him, you can also include your legal fees.

On another note, you can also go after Faith Sloan who started this thread and if you can track them donw some of the cheerleaders, too!

And it just occurred to me, y'all have called the BBB and etc, but has anyone just called the police department and reported a theft? If he got you for more than $300 it's a felony, report him bopth where you live AND in the towns where his business addresses are.
