Still working on the site. One question I have just received. What are the referral fees.

We are not a multi-level-marketing program so we do not offer referral commissions.

Perfect, the only thing that the site will provide is information and news. As written before, there will NOT be a place for potential hackers and people with nothing to do, to try and crash/hack our database or application. Our application is OFFLine and NOT on the web.

Anything in particular you are looking for?

I mentioned that a periodic 'static' status report of all membership information will be provided to each member. That will be provided via email and not on the site since there will be no login page on the site.

To-date the only thing this report will say is:

membership number
loan deposit number
how much you deposited
date of deposit
date your deposit will mature

All of which each member already knows. Nothing earth shattering there.

One thing that has me confused is how a taxi company is able to return 114% profit to investors in 30 days, and what advantage the taxi company has to offer this service. I'm sure you will enlighten me...

One of the services they offer according to their listing is taxi services. They do not offer taxi services. Call Manley and speak directly with him. The Primary business of Car Rental Express is as the name implies Car Rentals. The secondary business is Car Sales.

Profits are from sales and rental of vehicles. As you know you can rent a car over and over and over again.

edited: spoke with Manley Christian. He told me that Christian Enterprises, LLC does indeed have a taxi service listed as one of its business entities. I believe it is called Peoples Choice. See you folks are really outdoing yourselves in your due diligence. I commend you for that. You found out a tidbit that even I was not aware. But again, CELLCFund Private Secured Loan Program is ONLY going to be used to secure assets for the Car Rental Express entity.

Oh, my mistake then. When I checked the BBB info you posted it came up as a taxi biz, but that doesn't mean anything obviously.

You have provided due diligence for the program, as well as rates of return below what the current HYIP standard is at.

I spoke with Manley Christian, owner of Car Rental Express. He proposed the following modification of the terms which I agree with wholeheartedly.

Rather than wait 90 days for your 50%+ interest, he will pay the interest ON OR BEFORE 90 days if profits on your loan are made before the maturation date of your loan.

It sounds great. But I would like to state that I would simply base my expectations upon getting paid on the date of maturation. Anything prior to that date would simply be a pleasant surprise.
